Very well run, easy wait times and staff is polite and helpful. My concern is the lack of enforcement on people who come in wearing obnoxious amounts of perfume or cultural oils. As a medical facility, it should be clearly indicated that the area be scent free for those of us with breathing disorders. This is a common occurrence and needs to be addressed.
Visit was super quick - but they want you to pay a yearly subscription to access your results. Also the bathroom door handles are "locked" so i thought somebody was in them when I went to do the urine test portion, the tech told me to just push the door open and nobody was in there ... so there is literally no way to lock the bathroom door and prevent somebody from walking in while you are in there trying to squat over a tiny sample cup. LifeLabs sent my bloodwork results to the wrong doctor, causing delays and unnecessary stress. I’ve tried calling multiple times to fix this issue and no one answers. Very disappointing and unacceptable for a healthcare service.
Worst customer service ever the receptionist is terrible rude and ignorant I recommend not to go there they have to learn to respect the public
My partner went in for a blood test, the woman working at the front was EXTREMELY rude. She was being obtuse by asking us how we were paying and then getting upset because we didn’t answer her question correctly. She barely made eye contact and was VERY abrupt and condescending towards us. I didn’t catch her name but she is the larger white woman, I mention this because my partner and I are Indian.
