My daughter went there to do her glucose test for her first pregnancy, one of the technicians she treated my daughter badly while my daughter told her from the beginning that her veins is very tiny and need warn blanket first and then she could inject the needle. The nurse injected so many time with no care and my poor daughter keep telling her pls stop, she answered her “I know my job” Second day my daughter's arm was swollen and last for almost aweek.

Went to do my glucose test for my pregnancy blood work, and it was nothing but unprofessionalism and rudeness. The lady at the reception is very rude and has no empathy, she refused to give me a room to sit in to drink the glucose test, gave me no instructions on what to do, then was very upset at me for going to the washroom even though she didn’t tell me not to, had to redo the test again on another day even though I had drank the entire drink and suffered the effects of it all day. My daughter was there and one of the worker"she" treated her very badly. My daughter is pregnant. She was there to do glucose test. The worker was very rude when she was doing her job instead of help my daughter to do the test.

The first time I visited the 35 Upper Centennial Parkway location in Hamilton, the people at reception were nice and very supportive, but the people taking the tests did not look professional; they looked very tired. When I was called for the test, the lady didn't tell me properly where I was supposed to go, meaning which station, and left. I found her somewhere and asked where I should go.
