My mom blood test appointment today was truly awful. I walked in ready to cooperate and answer all the staff’s questions, but the experience quickly went downhill. After the staff member asked how I wanted to pay, I simply asked whether I could pay in cash. Immediately, her attitude changed—she began speaking to me rudely and raising her voice for no reason. I had a really upsetting experience at this Dynacare location. We brought our 4-month-old son in for bloodwork to rule out measles. At our first visit, no one told us right away that we needed an isolation room, so we ended up having to come back later in the afternoon. When we returned, things got worse. While we were waiting in the isolation room, I could clearly hear staff laughing, pointing at each other, and trying to avoid being the one to do my son’s blood draw. Worse service ever. Went for blood withdrawal and I got treated no better than an animal. Ordered around and poked like a lab rat. Worker had no regard for my well being. I was deeply disappointed in your service.
