I have called multiple times and each time the line goes dead. This is evidentially not a new problem, I have looked back on reviews from 3+ years ago stating the same problem. If it was a one-off unexpectedly busy day, that would be one thing. However, since clients are required to book an appointment weeks ahead of time, Dynacare knows well in advance how busy they will be and they choose to under staff, to overwork staff that are working, and in turn provide terrible customer service for their clients. After having a morning appointment and waiting an hour outside (as the waiting room was full) it made my experience stressful. They were missing staff but did take walk ins before me. They also did not label the test properly and so I found out weeks later when I called the lab it was sent to. Advice- need a quieter visit there? Go on a random weekday in the afternoon. They do have rooms with bed/ door to privacy if you need.
Most pointless service I've ever seen. Can't bother to confirm an appointment nor answer the call. If you don't want to do your job then leave the spot for someone that cares?
