More than 20 rings and no answer, and this isn't the first time. I had problems getting my requisition faxed from the doctor, so I have no idea if they have my order and can't ask anyone - but I only have 11 days of pills left and their FORCED appointments are 3 weeks or more out! Time to go back to the regular hours in the picture and allowing walk-ins, Dynacare.
I got an appt within a week by booking online. They saw me within 5mins upon check in. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My bloodwork was painless and completed within mins. Very enjoyable experience all things considered.
Nobody answers the phone. Their message is confusing. Cannot leave a message. My requisitions always get lost.
