I have called multiple times and each time the line goes dead. This is evidentially not a new problem, I have looked back on reviews from 3+ years ago stating the same problem. If it was a one-off unexpectedly busy day, that would be one thing. However, since clients are required to book an appointment weeks ahead of time, Dynacare knows well in advance how busy they will be and they choose to under staff, to overwork staff that are working, and in turn provide terrible customer service for their clients. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. A very good experience overall. Had blood work done and an ECG.
Alysha one of your RNs attacked and assaulted a visitor to her suicidal brother The staff mad sick jokes at an old man who later had a heart attack saying he would die there . The female security gaurd is also under investigation for assault
More than 20 rings and no answer, and this isn't the first time. I had problems getting my requisition faxed from the doctor, so I have no idea if they have my order and can't ask anyone - but I only have 11 days of pills left and their FORCED appointments are 3 weeks or more out! Time to go back to the regular hours in the picture and allowing walk-ins, Dynacare.
