The staff is amazing and the waiting isvery reasonable especially if you check-in online.
Gold stars all around for the kind staff at Dynacare in Orleans this morning! Upon arrival, I reached into my purse for my health card and my wallet wasn’t there…it was at home on the table. Michelle was most gracious and told me that was no problem. I had no way to pay my parking and Michelle assisted me in exiting the parking lot and would not take the $5 in change that I found in my purse! Everything went smoothly for my first time doing any sort of labs.. buts it's been almost a month and my lab results were never sent to the doctor who ordered my labs and i wasnt given a pin to access them. I need these labs for my anti depressants and adhd medication. It is so frustrating
Very fast service. Friendly staff
Needed a test. They didn't answer their phone so I couldn't get any information. Showed up (they closed early but were willing to give me information when I knocked on the door). They informed me that they didn't do the test on-site, and to go to another location. The location they sent me to no longer exists.
