I have had issues with their paid Dynacare Plus online service and one of their lab techs. The last guy I had was initially friendly, but when I expressed discomfort with one of his actions, he got angry, had an attitude, and dropped one of my blood vials (with my blood in it). When I went to check my results, only half of what the doctor ordered was there. Very upsetting.
