I got blood work done this morning and it was so fast! I was pleasantly surprised. I was only there for 10 mins max, even though the waiting room was full. I waited for probably 5 mins then it only took not even 2 mins to get my blood drawn. I couldn’t recommend this place more for blood work.
Maureen from the Oakville Dynacare was very kind! Even the staff next to her was, too! Maureen had such a kind demeanor, even when customers were frustrated with her! She has so much compassion! She made my day! :)
I have had issues with their paid Dynacare Plus online service and one of their lab techs. The last guy I had was initially friendly, but when I expressed discomfort with one of his actions, he got angry, had an attitude, and dropped one of my blood vials (with my blood in it). When I went to check my results, only half of what the doctor ordered was there. Very upsetting. The Dynacare Plus online, which we have to pay access our results, is full of glitches and will not provide you with the detailed report right away. My me... read more
