Sitting here right now, all the staff are completely rude and judgemental. Don’t work in health care if you can’t have an optimistic attitude. Every time I come here I get talked down to and I’m close to talking back, but I hold my tongue as I don’t want to cause a scene. Whenever I come in they say they have to deal with something which takes 20 minutes, as multiple people line up and they just take their sweet time completely ignoring the 10 customers they have in line. Figen at the midland location was absolutely fantastic. Didn’t feel a thing! She was pleasant, polite, and efficient. She was quick and clear with instructions without making you feel rushed. Although she wore a mask you could hear the smile in her voice. Side note: I bet she could draw blood in her sleep!
Ok so I had a meltdown here. Another system problem due to a health care system the government is designing to fail. That day I was done. The next day I returned and got to speak with the manager. Again, my tears flowed. She was empathetic and very much understood the system problems. Thank you. In a broken world, a moment of humanity is so important.
Nobody ever at the phone. Called 4 times Sept 18th, no answer and no call back as of Oct 13th 2025.
