Don't answer the phone
Zero phone experience. They have a number to contact them- would be useful if they answered the phones! I’ve called multiple times a day, different days at different times from 2 separate phone numbers! They do not answer phones whatsoever at this location which is beyond insane to me…so if you have a question on wether your requisition is sitting there or not- waste gas and find out in person seeing as they do not bother to use the phones they have in office. They are always so prompt no long wait..and are very gentle and sensitive to one's anxiety about having bloodwork done
Went for blood work and the lady I got was rude! She kept sticking the needle in my arm like it was a game. After four holes and both arms now very sore she asked me if I had water drink. Then asked is it always so hard to find a vein. I said no, no one ever has a hard time. Finally, after four tries, but then pressed so hard on my arm to squeeze the blood out faster! If you can't do your job right then find another one! I was black and blue on both arms and the one is still sore weeks after! I will never go here again.
Can someone let me know if there is an alternative phone number? I’ve called 15+ times throughout Monday and then again today. No answer, no machine.
