I would have liked to give this 5 stars for the technicians. They're wonderful. The receptionist, however is so bad that I would have given ZERO stars. The line is slowed down because she doesn't do the receiving, the technicians do. When greeted, she lets you know that someone else will receive you. She does this without greeting or a smile.
This is my go-to for X-rays and whatever else I need. They are very friendly and quick, and can answer any questions I have, putting me at ease. Thank you.
I went to get blood work done. The lady who took my blood was rude. They should learn how to speak to people and have more respect for others.
Not profressional, rude employees especially at the reception poor client service. I can’t say that they had a bad day as both time i came it was very early in the morning and the greeting was the same
