Had bloodwork done for a prenatal test not long ago, staff was not the kindest. They failed to mention I qualify for a free year of Dynacare plus where I can review these results online and were supposed to provide a code to me but when I asked for even an invoice the receptionist said rudely "all we give is receipts so that's what you're gonna get". I would like to preface this by saying that the service was quick and everything was going well. I often use Dynacare over in Vanier and they are the kindest and loveliest. I tried this new location because I moved and this one was the closest. Reception was ok, but then the technician, a woman with glasses, came and was upset because I wanted to indicate which vein to use. Quick and easy
I would like to give a 5 star to Dana B for her excellent and welcoming service that she provided me. She was so nice and got blood on the first try when lately they have to fish and can't find veins. She also did my ecg and made feel comfortable in the room the entire time. She is very skilled in many ways. Bravo Dana. Thankyou for what you do
