This review is solely based on the phone system at this Dynacare Lab. Horrible!! The phone system is a never ending looping labyrinth. I have never been able to reach a person and the vm is always full. Horrible. This does not make it easy for caretakers trying to find out information before having to drive out in person. The information is not about wait times it was about tests available on site. Instead of being a supporting part of an aging community they contribute to the already taxed caretakers weight load.
Great quick service including online check in , clean environment, very professional staff, extremely knowledgeable. Accueil aux patients remarquable. Bravo à l'équipe de Rockland.
Went to desk to ask about blood work. I had a timed blood requisition which requires me to take medication night before and return at 8am for the blood draw as per doctors orders. Receptionist was so rude, stated they don't do appointments. I asked how do aI get blood work done if it's been ordered for a time by the physician, She stated to show up at 7 and take my chances, they DO Not give appointments. Usually in/out pretty quick. (Even debated not posting, to make sure it doesn't get crowded,lol) Results get posted very quickly too. They do a great job.
I usually have such a great experience here, the technicians are wonderful and efficient. I showed up to get an NIPT test done, showed the wrong requisition, my fault, went home and sorted everything out. I came back with "Panorama" forms and was told only Life Labs in Orleans does this test. Defeated and frustrated, I left. I found out after paying $550 at Life Labs that I could have ordered my own "Harmony" test (done at Dynacare) - which would have been ideal because I pay for a yearly subscription to access my reports in... read more
