Glad to have this place. I recommend their online check-in system. Used it, asked me to notify staff of my arrival 10 minutes before my time that was texted directly to my phone. In and out in less than 15 minutes.
Went in for my Bi-Annual checks for my Aviation Medical, great experience. Staff was generally very friendly (With exception to one front desk attendant but she seemed more tired and done with the day than truely rude), smooth and fast process for Chem. Urinal. And ECGs, all sent to my AME within a business day. Definitely going back out here when I need my Bi-Annuals again, worth the trip out from Ottawa.
Despite this lab being super busy most of the time, the staff are always professional and efficient. It's a tough job and they have always been really nice to me. I appreciate the great service and kindness. I recommend them as I've been here many times and have seldom had any issues.
This review is solely based on the phone system at this Dynacare Lab. Horrible!! The phone system is a never ending looping labyrinth. I have never been able to reach a person and the vm is always full. Horrible. This does not make it easy for caretakers trying to find out information before having to drive out in person. The information is not about wait times it was about tests available on site. Instead of being a supporting part of an aging community they contribute to the already taxed caretakers weight load.
