Today, I took my two children to Dynacare for blood tests, and I had such an incredible experience thanks to two amazing ladies, Sunny and Niloufar. ❤ When we first arrived, Sunny carefully checked my son’s arms and noticed that his veins were difficult to find.Instead of trying anyway and putting him through unnecessary pain, she kindly suggested giving him more water and fluids and coming back before noon. Went for some blood work. They told me it would be a 20-minute wait... Well, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Wait time is ridiculous! Just book appointments would put an end to crowded waiting room and extremely long wait times (been here an hour and still another 30 minutes to wait, that's unacceptable...do better!
Sunny at this dynacare location was amazing fast and efficient.
