Went for blood work ,& have to comment on ZAHRA! She was so efficient, polite & professional ! She was very attentive & is excellent at taking blood !!
Sunny was absolutely awesome.Didn’t even feel the needle go into my arm. Magical!
Always a smooth experience here. Lucky to have Sunny do the bloodwork for my son. He felt so at ease and didn't even cry.
The ladies that work there are all very nice, but they gave me the wrong glucose drink for my pregnancy GTT. I was given 75g instead of 50g. This caused me to "fail" and have to do this horrible test a second time. Pay attention if you take this test there.
The "My Turn" feature on their website is an absolute gamechanger! Keeps your spot in-line without having to be physically there right away! Keswick location is amazing! The staff are so friendly and have made my experience so stress-free every time! I'll definitely keep using them for bloodwork!
