I have done my blood work at Keswick location. Lida took care of my blood work, she was amazing because I always have trouble with my criss cross veins but she got my blood with one shot.
Have called over 27 times with no answer to have them send my bloodwork they forgot to send to my doctor sent my urine but no bloodwork both done at the same time the technicians were amazing there but the actual process is horrid and what's the point of having a phone to not answer it extremely disappointed
I hate getting bloodwork and have had bad experiences elsewhere but (touch wood) never here. I don’t know how they do it but the techs here are the best! I’m
Efficient, fun, caring people are this theme. Service is friendly and they are really great with some who fear needles after decades of quick pain free interactions. I'm hard to squeeze, drawing from me would bring many to their knees, but they always get my fluids with ease.
I signed in online and arrived within the stated time. I told the receptionist that I had checked in. After 40 minutes I asked respectfully if there was a reason others were going in sooner. Apparently they had not put my req where they should have. Frustrating experience as I had a a ct scan booked. Next time I will ensure they note it on my req.
