My son has a parasite. He took his sample of this to the lab two weeks ago with absolutely no results. His doctor has called the lab numerous times and they have not gotten back to him. Apparently the lab has lost the sample without admitting any wrong doing. My son is very sick and needs the results in order to get treatment. Think twice before you entrust anything to them.
What is the point of having a web site if you can't be bothered to update when needed . Same with phone message .It did not tell me you were closed either.Drove the 46 km just to find it closed .Posting a closed sign on the door is so not helpful.... generally I am happy with services otherwise .
Had a great experience getting my bloodwork done at Dynacare. I used the NET Check-In feature right at 8:00 AM when it became available, and it showed a 23-minute wait. I drove over and waited in the parking lot as the time counted down. When it hit 9 minutes, I went inside. The screen showed I was #4 in line, with about 20 people checked in after me and a 45-minute estimated wait. All of the ladies there were wonderful, even the fact that I didn't book ahead. Bloodwork and x-Ray done! Really nice people considering that I was there minutes after they opened Thank you
