It’s happened more then 3 times that Southlake has confirmed to have sent fax’s to for bloodwork to the fax they have saved in Google just for them to tell me they have nothing on file. I don’t know if it’s the people working for this company are so lazy and incompetent that they don’t know how to file paper work properly but for this to happen 3 times is unacceptable. I’ve never been a fan of bloodwork but have always been a fan of Dynacare for making these experiences so seamless, pain and stress free. My favourite service? Being able to check in online!!! It allowed my husband and I so much flexibility to visit whenever it worked for us and our eleven month old, so that when we did arrive, we were amazingly in and out in ten minutes. from front staff to techs they are amazing, made my whole experience comfortable from beginning to end !
really dislike giving blood in Canada. In Israel they always found the vein easily — there used to be experienced nurses who could find it with their eyes closed. Here they end up poking all over your arms 🤦🏼♀️. Unfortunately, here even specialized blood-draw clinics I’ve encountered very clumsy staff. I’m usually extremely patient, but this felt like a real ordeal. I ended up with four bruises and my arms hurt badly, so I’m not sure how I’ll manage to work tomorrow.
