The technician was friendly but argumentative. She insisted on doing bloodwork on my arm after I specifically requested on my hand. She even when to the point of tying her elastic on my arm after I told her not to. I had to get verbally frustrated and had to tell her to remove it. She did. She had to do both hands to get some blood. Not impressed with this clinic and will never go back.
that Muslim woman working there was taking blood from the cows in her country . I being in other places where you barely fell anything and I don't why she left me a big red dot , using a very thick nedle , it hurt .......she shut not being there with the proper training . i
I went there show my helthcard that said my female name and my gender . they keep calling me HE like as was a man.....may be because I decide not to wear make up or because I don't want to show my breast , but where ever it's it's not right ! those people working there need gender sensitivity training. that musulman woman more that everyone .
This is what PRIVATE healthcare looks like!! Long lines, understaffed, wait time through the roof! Most amount of people through the doors while expending the least amount of cash on staff. Yes you can use your OHIP card here but all that $$$ goes towards a privately owned company (American BTW). Staff were kind and very patient with irrate clients (saw 2 giving attitude to the staff while I was there waiting for 2 hours today). Gentle needle stick and made me feel at ease. 7am.doors open.. 2 hr wait.... only 1 person extracting blood ... no water fountain ( this is a place where people have to fast , but they don't offer water (( which is allowed)) .. staff are cold and not friendly Waiting area holds at least 30 people , only one public washroom Dynacare is DynaDontCare.... don't support this business.
