Even though it was busy, the wait was short and the staff were super professional and patient. Quick, friendly, and smooth visit, thank you! :)
Staff were efficient and everything went smoothly. About 10 people were ahead of us and although we were told it would be an hour to wait it was barely more than 1/2 hour to be seen. After being nervous about some negative reviews I am happy to recommend this location as it was a good experience.
Why can’t your marketing or signage team just put clear markings for where the clinic actually is? On the main board, it says ground floor, but on your door there’s a handwritten A4 paper saying third floor and when someone finally reaches the third floor, there’s nothing there. No nameplate, no direction, nothing. Seriously, people coming to your clinic are patients, not scavenger hunters. Don’t make them go through extra pain just trying to find the place.
