I may have left a pair of brown prescription eye glasses back on Feb 13 that have a gold rope design on the arms and no one will ever answer the phone at the Chatham location to ask and have even tried other Dynacare labs and they don't answer their phones either. I have to get a special test done but can't ask questions because again NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!! and I don't live in Chatham and can't keep wasting gas to go there to find out when I can get the test done as it has to be shipped to London!!!!!!!!!!!
We have used lab services around the province for many, many years. Dynacare Chatham provides a professional, and cordial service equal to any we have experienced. No exceptions.
I wish i could give minus ratings the worst laboratory service ever seen. Went for pregnancy report, and it's been 4 weeks since I and even my doctor haven't received it yet, even after paying the fees to view it online.
