Keep calling them to book an appointment with no responds Booking on line is useless because it does not tell if they do a specific test or not!
Mine is almost exactly the same as the most recent review. I rushed/hobbled down to get my monthly blood draws at 2:35pm. I was told by another dynacare that I could go to any of them as I was already put in their system for the monthly bloodworks for the next 5 months(they did my first month.l pulled into an empty lot, and empty waiting and empty blood draw rooms and was told I couldn't have it done because I needed an appointment. I told him the other dynacare had imput my labs needed. I asked if he could do it now because... read more
Didn't realize that this location is by appointment only. No one was waiting to have their blood drawn. I was told by a staff member that they didn't have any appointment spots until the beginning of March. If appointment spots were all booked up at 1030 in the morning why were there no cars in the parking lot and nobody in the waiting room. Owner should start looking into time management of their staff of this location.
My husband had an appointment @7:30am. The door was locked and no body was there. I called the customer service and she could not get hold of the manager either. We are not using this lab ever again. Nobody wants to wait outside in the cold more than 30 minutes even though we made an appointment well advance.
