I gave this location two stars only because the online booking was easy + very convenient, and the technician was personally friendly, but the actual medical experience was highly unprofessional and physically the worst I’ve had. The technician wore earbuds and was actively on a phone call during my appointment; it was unclear if she even paused the conversation while treating me, as she was talking right before my urine sample and started again immediately after. Why are you by appt only but the online check in does not work and no one answers your phones? Very frustrating.
Had a great experience at this location the female phlebotomist is exceptional and kind. Had a great conversation with her ◡̈!
