Zero bedside manner. I was sitting in the chair while a staff member was trying to draw blood and another staff member was in the room with us talking his ear off about her home life. It made it very uncomfortable while getting my blood taken as someone who does not like needles to begin with.
Such a convenient location, however "by appointment only" means they are limited for appointments and usually booking two to three weeks out. Not very service minded...
No one answers phone
I pulled up only two cars in front of their lab. I tried the door but could not open it as no wheel button available. I notice bars on the windows kind of strange for a lab. . I notice on the door by appointment only. I waited in the hot sun until some one came out thinking it would be a staff as there was a door bell that I pressed but it was a patient. That came out. I got in and staff member told me she would take me without an appointment as no blood work needed. Now getting my results was even more frustrating and time ... read more
Sept 9 2025. Had blood test done at 2:10. Immediately after my arm started to swell and turn red. It gradually got worse as the day went on. Put an ice pack on it for a while. In the morning it was getting worse so I went back to notify Dynacare. They said to just put ice on it and it was no problem. I have never had a problem like this before. I am 69 and lots of blood taken before this. Last time I was here she was moving the needle from side to side and it hurt quite a bit. My wife just had hers done and she said that it ... read more
