Never answer the call. Phone continues to ring but nobody answers.
Sayda was managing a very busy office completely on her own and still greeted every patient with kindness, professionalism, and a calm attitude. It’s rare to see someone handle that much responsibility so gracefully. Her dedication and efficiency truly stood out, and she deserves to be acknowledged for going above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly.
Zero bedside manner. I was sitting in the chair while a staff member was trying to draw blood and another staff member was in the room with us talking his ear off about her home life. It made it very uncomfortable while getting my blood taken as someone who does not like needles to begin with.
Such a convenient location, however "by appointment only" means they are limited for appointments and usually booking two to three weeks out. Not very service minded...
