Location now has paid parking👎Saturday service is overloaded and no pre-booking was available. I arrived 10 minutes before the office opened, and was about 30th in line. On the plus side, I only waited until 8:45. They really need to accommodate people's work schedules better. Perhaps offering more than one location in Kanata or Ottawa West on Saturdays would be grlpful to those who work the sane journey as their current schedule.

So disorganized and a very loud and rude employee
They keep losing the requisitions that my doctor faxed to them. It’s happened three times now where my doctor has faxed them the recurring requisitions, I show up, wait an hour in line, only to get rudely told that they don’t have them and I have to call my doctor all over again. On top of that, it’s hard to get in contact with my doctor at the Civic Hospital who ordered the bloodwork to get new requisitions sent to them.
