Awful costumer service. Desk worker loudly shouts personal medical information for the whole waiting room to hear. If they tell you 1 hour, expect 3. They also lost a gentlemans healthcard. How on earth can you run a medical lab clinic with less than 3 people is astounding.
A medical building charging patients $14 for parking — in suburban Kanata, with a huge surface parking lot. Now the lot is practically empty. Brilliant business decision: discourage patients from coming to your own building. Greed at its finest.
