Great service, great team, very professional. The phlebotomist Charlotte took my blood, felt safe and comfortable. Would go back again.
Booking appointments via the phone is impossible, and their website is poorly designed and makes bookings nearly impossible. Communication is terrible and no one ever answers the phone. Wait times are always long, sometimes even days, and this company is always understaffed.
I had extremely terrible and unprofessional experience with this lab. The phlebotomist tried two shots before she finally found my blood vessel, leaving a large bruise on my arm that hurt me for several days after that. Worst of all, she even missed the test on cholesterol completely although it was clearly indicated on the requisition form. I am there now it’s 3:33 pm. Nice stuff, fast serving and professional treatment. I like them all especially the Arab Muslim woman who translated us some medical words and Trish who did the blood test and heart drowning for my 8 years old son she was amazing friendly and professional. Thank you ALL
We had a very nice experience here. We entered 10 minutes before closing, the room was full and we were told it will take 1 hour wait time. But we were done in 45 minutes. The staff especially Brenda was very nice and welcoming. She made sure that I was comfortable and having no pain during the bloodwork.
