Wait time is unbelievable and staff don’t disclose the actual wait time. They told me to come after 2 hours and I waited for 3.5hours for my turn. The staff take their sweet time talking and don’t feel for the patients who has been waiting for a long time. Very disappointed
I arrived 7:45am. Estimated waiting time was 73 min, I waited 105 min. Dynacare Net check-in doesn’t work here. I signed up Dynacare Plus but app doesn’t send me an email report. Staff is good but overall service is not good
I had an extremely sketchy and uneasy experience at this lab. My first trimester pregnancy bloodwork done in mid January “ went missing “ and my doctor in Smiths Falls, after looking into it, realized this has in fact happened at this location before with other patients… This is completely unacceptable and certainly left me feeling uneasy. The online queue doesn't work, you must to do the check in on site. Then the technicians give priorities to some patients, which is not bad, but they do it in an unorganized way. Even the people who recibe the text message must wait more than expected. The extraction experience per se, is very good.
