This place can be quite confusing. I have been here twice, and both times the system and internet were down, which caused long waits and left the staff looking unorganized. The actual procedure was good, and the staff member who performed it took good care of me. However, the front desk staff were arrogant and not friendly at all. If you don’t get there at 4am you’ll be waiting hours.. every retired person in Kanata seems to show up at the same.. it’s a joke.
I hate having blood tests. Well, I hate all needles. I feel woozy as soon as my doctor gives me the req and I feel woozy all the days after tthat until I get the nerve up to finally just get it done. There's a woman at Dynacare on Kakulu who is simply magical. Her name is Chrysz. She's lovely and friendly and, honestly, you don't feel the needle, not even a bit. Thank you again, Chrysz.
Check in app never accurate, it literally takes 1 min to print out the identification labels, take the blood and put the labels on for processing. How in the world there are 90mins long wait when there’s only 20 ppl checked in.
