The Dynacare I visited today was the slowest I have ever experienced. Won’t come here again.
The staff is friendly but not up to speed with the attendance, either they should be more, or faster - without compromising security and safety. When you have to book the whole morning off work for a blood work that doesn't require fasting (our wait was 3h total!), it tells you the system is faulty. Plus the indicated wait times are all over the place so very confusing.
Waisted time to go early on a Saturday, messed up a doctor follow visit which i was waiting for 8 months because my blood work requisition was past the 6 months by 5 days. I tried explaining my doctor requested i do it just prior to the visit. Now I have to wait another 6-8 months to see my doctor and visit them again for the blood work. Update my review.
