The staff were very transparent regarding wait times and instructions. When it was my turn, they were direct, kind and caring. Even while being immensely busy.
The virtual queue system is completely broken and defeats the entire purpose of having a virtual queue. When I first joined the MyTurn queue, I was told the estimated wait was two hours. I was perfectly happy to wait at home. Then, just 10 minutes later, I suddenly received a message saying it was my turn and that my spot would only be held for 30 minutes. Would not recommend. My partner had very important blood work completed here (as it's closest to home) and we will never go back. I'd drive out to the furthest location than go here. After speaking to his Dr, it's been confirmed that the blood results they were looking for and the blood work requisition request was not fulfilled. Meaning, they had blood drawn from my husband and then didn't use it for the appropriate items listed. His Dr mentioned that he has never seen anything like it! Went for an EKG, after a two hour wait, my name just disappeared from the board. Finally got it done - they sent the result to the wrong place. Followed up with my doctor a few weeks later - I'm now in hospital awaiting an emergency procedure that should have been done weeks ago. Actually could have died in the meantime. Basically a clown show at Dynacare.
