Waited 5m at the counter awkwardly before anyone came to acknowledged me. 45m wait time. Only positive is that the lady who took my blood sample did a superb job. April 5th 2025.
This clinic is a disgrace. I needed a blood test for allergies. I called for about half an hour on Monday evening and another half hour on Tuesday morning to check if I needed to fast or eat anything specific—no pick-up at all. So, I went in person during my work hours to confirm this for my appointment, which I had booked online. My brother had an absolutely unacceptable experience at Dyna Care in Bolton. After waiting an hour, he was informed that they couldn’t perform his test on Saturday and that he would need to return between Monday and Friday. This information should have been communicated when he submitted his paperwork, sparing him the unnecessary wait. The front desk attendant showed no apology or basic customer service. Rating 0/5 I have had pathetic experience as i visited there in bolton location last week for my 3months baby’s blood work. First of all, there was not any experienced staff member to take the blood of SMALL BABY. They poked my baby twice and took blood (the way they used to collect the blood was very scary & traumatic ). I had a very disappointing experience with Dynacare’s service at the Bolton Location. When I first arrived for my bloodwork, the front desk staff told me to come back in half an hour. When I returned, I was told my turn was next. However, they ended up taking four people ahead of me and placed my file at the end, which was extremely frustrating and unfair. This lack of organization and consideration is unacceptable.
