One of the worst dynacare. Staff member is very rude I asked for drinking water and instead answering she said ask at the front. Can’t even give water to someone
I had a frustrating experience at this location. I went in for a blood test, but when the results were sent to my doctor, one of the tests listed on the requisition was missing. I tried calling the lab for two days with no answer, so I ended up driving 30 minutes to speak with someone in person. When I arrived, a staff member handed me a phone number to call instead of helping directly. Kind and understanding
I think the only saving grace during this visit was that the person taking my blood was very gentle and I didn’t feel the needle. The staff were also friendly with the people coming into the clinic However, this location seemed terribly disorganized and understaffed. I usually go to the Woodbridge location as a walk in all the time and it usually takes no more then 20 minutes to be seen and they’re a lot busier.
