My first experience here was not bad. My second experience here made me decide not to come back to this location. When I arrived, I stood at the front desk waiting for two women to finish their conversation in their language. I see this often and I don’t think this should be happening. The lady who took me was not friendly at all, didn’t make me feel welcomed or comfortable, poked me in my arm pretty bad (and didn’t apologize), then said, “done. Okay, bye,” in a dismissive tone.
