If you are looking for a place where you can spend 2–3 hours waiting for a simple blood test, this is the place. I’m usually a very patient person, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I arrived at 10:00 a.m., and by 1:00 p.m. I was still waiting while the estimated wait time on the screen kept changing. If the clinic cannot properly staff the location, then there should be a limit on how many patients are accepted at a time. Started with a wait time of 76 minutes upon registering at the front desk. 1.5 hours later and the wait time is showing 49 minutes. Horrible service. If the clinic can’t manage time properly then you should do appointments only or walk-in only. Why even bother having a screen with names/wait time when it’s completely inaccurate? I would avoid this place.
