Called for 5 days several times to ensure I would be following the correct procedure after my doctor directed me to this lab. Finally decided to attend only to find out they don't even accept the sample here any longer. Would be nice if their website had any indication of this or if anyone ever would answer the phone. Extremely frustrated for having my time wasted and will never go to this place again, I'd rather drive to London.
If you go first thing in the morning, you avoid the wait and staff is readily available. They were friendly as well.

Why are there so many reviews about nobody ever answering the phone at this establishment, and nothing being done about it? SO unprofessional. Don't even bother trying to call because they will not pick up. Absolutely ridiculous for people to have to take time off work to come in to ask a simple question, or pack their children up to come in and ask a question. HIRE A RECEPTIONIST TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS!!
Always great and quick service. Staff is always very helpful.
