No answer on their phones. I think they should close up and stop taking blood… if you can’t answer why be in business. Bad business model if you don’t answer your phone….

It is a very calming place to get blood taken, if you are nervous of needles Cathie takes the time and care to make sure it's a good experience, Catherine is the best, she knows what to do,she is well experienced and I usually prefer her to take my blood because I have a phobia about needles and she is quick, she talks to you through it and its over before you realize its done, all the girls are good at what they do ❤️
Never awnser the phones most unprofessional
Called for 5 days several times to ensure I would be following the correct procedure after my doctor directed me to this lab. Finally decided to attend only to find out they don't even accept the sample here any longer. Would be nice if their website had any indication of this or if anyone ever would answer the phone. Extremely frustrated for having my time wasted and will never go to this place again, I'd rather drive to London.
