I have been in this clinic for 4 years. They have a good staff. Last Friday, I had my blood work, but this is the first I poked with the needle in this area (shown in the pic below). When she(technician) poked me with the needle she twisted it, pushed and pulled 3 to 4 times inside, that is why I got a bruise.
Lost 3 sets of requisition forms. Even my doctor was baffled. Avoid this location, they are unprofessional and will gaslight when they mess up. Edit: considering the majority of reviews here are negative, and in the exact same way. Telling people to email you so you can handle it is nonsense. If you can't figure out the problem reading below, an email isn't going to help.
Terrible technicians, not about their skills but the way they treat people is awfull. I support people with disabilities, today Sep 26, 2025 I took one of them for blood work and sometimes she has compulsions like rubbing the shair or leaning forward, and because she was doing this the technician said she would not draw the blood if this doesn't not stop. I tried to explain it's just a compulsion as soon as she is done she will stop ans stay still. But the technician was more focused on looking on a way not to draw the blood... read more
Have been going to the clinic for 40 plus years. They are organized, pleasant and very good at collecting blood. Good dynacare facility.
Great service and the wait time is not so bad compared to other locations.
