Rude and arrogant staff. Unprepared to receive newcomers, I was instructed by the Manitoba Health employee to provide my husband's card number and another number that was handwritten by the Manitoba Health employee while waiting for my card to arrive. Everywhere else we've used this method it worked, but at Dynacare the person who draws blood was arrogant and started speaking loudly to my husband, who was trying to explain, and this person simply wouldn't let him speak.
