I had a great experience a few times I’ve been there to get blood work done. Very professional and kind.
I have been to dynacare before but this location is worst ever in Winnipeg , wait time is not a problem because patient influx is high but they need to work on their customer service , the front staff is very loud and rude to people , the lady just got mad at me because I don’t have a physical health card but a photo on my phone ? If she doesn’t like her job why she is even here ? . Patients need to be treated with respect and politeness . Great staff, chronically understaffed. Staff are polite and patient with patients. Bathrooms are always clean. Online registration is definitely recommended. Would recommend and go there again.
I had a very disappointing experience at this laboratory today. My pregnant wife had an appointment for a blood test that required fasting, so she had not eaten or drunk anything beforehand. After they gave her the drink for the test, they instructed us to wait for one hour. Because she is pregnant, sitting in one place for that long was uncomfortable, so we walked slowly around the lobby while waiting.
