Very well run clean lab!
Unfriendly and unprofessional staff , seen staff talking in own language while collecting my sample, staff was rude and poorly communicated with me. I was trying to communicate with her regarding my blood and urine sample and she more focused on her own talk rather than listening my concern and her way and tone of talk was bossy. She more focussed on sample collection and to finish her job. Nothing matters what client or patient was trying to communicate to avoid mix up request from 2 different doctors. Very rude staff. Turned off the check in more than 40 minutes of lab operational hours. Not even willing to try to accommodate any client. No notice on the iPad saying that they are closed before closing time. Very disappointed.
Doesn’t accept Good Faith Billing. A big disappointment even if the province says. Went to Manitoba Health Office and they were surprised why they did not accept. A big hussle and wait of time.
