I had a very disappointing experience at Dynacare today with my 7-year-old daughter. She needed blood work, and the two staff members who were supposed to assist us were completely unprofessional and dismissive. My daughter, understandably nervous, asked how painful the procedure would be and requested some time to prepare herself. Instead of offering reassurance or responding to her concerns, they simply walked out without saying a word. Very friendly helpful staff. Nurse was very understanding about me being nervous and made everything feel super comfortable and safe :) Quick walk ins too.
