Impossible to reach over the phone and no option for walk in for certain tests (like breath test). There is no option to book online either. This is the only dynacare facility which offers this test and they effectively kept to ransom! DYNACARE this is disrespectful attitude to your customer and this must be improved!
Some Dynacare services are highly time-sensitive and limited to specific locations, yet their communication is extremely poor. I was given inconsistent and incorrect information about where and when a required test could be completed. Because of this, I arrived outside an unexpectedly strict acceptance window and was not accommodated — even though the issue stemmed from their own lack of clarity. Clinic is neat and organized. Asian lady is friendly and professional.
Very neat lab, usually pretty busy but the staff is friendly and efficient. Completed by blood lab in 15 mins or so. This is my second visit and i am quite satisfied with service at this location.
