They had me waiting for 30 minutes for an appointment. Misplaced my requisition to walk in folder. Time is very important that’s why all the staff should be very mindful of what they are doing! Do your job properly. If I didn't ask them how long is the wait for an appointment, they will not call me or I will wait for 45 minutes to 1hr. Not acceptable!!!
I went to dynacare today walk-in . The staffs are doing awesome job . My waiting time only 15 mints which is fare . While I am waiting for my turn there are old lady come in walk-in and ask to do blood work before her turn . Then she is so rude with one of the employee her name is Tasha . Even she gives her best answer still that lady argue with her . I feel so bad for that employee. please wait for ur turn while they are giving best .
I have called 10 times and got hung up on 10 times. They let it ring and then they pick it up and hang it up! This is disgusting and disrespectful for clients that need to have their blood tested. We cannot get any questions answered! This place is a terrible business.
