If there were an option to give 0 star I would certainly do so. I strongly urge the management of this centre to address the behaviour of the older Asian woman with short hair and eyeglasses who works at the front desk. Unfortunately, my experience with her has been very unpleasant and unprofessional. She consistently treats clients disrespectfully, and I do not feel that she values or respects us. I have been here quite a few times. I am pleased with the service. No issues. The staff I have dealt with are friendly. Most importantly, the pokes in the arm are done well each time.
