I have been here quite a few times. I am pleased with the service. No issues. The staff I have dealt with are friendly. Most importantly, the pokes in the arm are done well each time.

Normally going here has been a great experience, been going to this location for a year now, friendly staff quality service. Until today, I went to get some blood drawn and the lady that took mine came in with an I don’t want to be here attitude. She told me to sit back in the chair and then physically pushed me back, didn’t want to see my health card, and after she took my blood I was bleeding a bit and she acted like it was my fault that I was bleeding. Overall very disappointed with how it all went
With appointment and arriving 15 mins early had to wait an hour. Was apologized to and was explained sometimes people place the papers in wrong order
