Everything was polite and fast.
Went in for 8.49 am and told was an hour and text me when to come back. Sat outsidefo 50 min and went back in and now told another 45 min. Staff did not show up was told They should have let me know earlier Poor communication from staff
Horrible customer service. I've called for 6 days and NOT Once has someone answered the phone. I get we can book online but you're a clinic so ANSWER YOUR PHONE. A complaint has also been made further up as well now that it's day 7 and no one has answered the phone at 3 separate locations. Very lousy care from a clinic regarding peoples health. Very pathetic. Very ignorant 6 days and no answer Thanks for nothing
