I had an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early. Even though the waiting room was completely full and wait times for non-appointments were up to an hour, I was seen within about 20 minutes. I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently and calmly everything was handled in such a busy environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Waited in line to give my info. Only one person was actually working while the other was just humming away at her desk ignoring everyone.

Everything was polite and fast.
Went in for 8.49 am and told was an hour and text me when to come back. Sat outsidefo 50 min and went back in and now told another 45 min. Staff did not show up was told They should have let me know earlier Poor communication from staff
