Courteous and friendly staff. Best to make an appointment ahead of time.
It's a very well organized clinic and considering the number of people who go through Dynacare, they are organized, helpful and friendly.
Made an appointment for 8:40. Arrived at 8:30. I waited 25 minutes to check in with the receptionist. Then, I was placed at the back of the line - behind walk ins. What is the point of making an appointment? Horrible experience just like the rest of our healthcare system.
Went this morning for fasting blood work. All staff were very friendly and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The lab tech that drew my blood was very good, chatted enough that I never even felt the needle go in and I usually hate that part. Very happy with the service and level.of expertise.
