Waiting time is inaccurate, at least double the display time.
The girl inserted the needle and it was very painful, turned out it was because she completely missed my vein. She then proceeded to move the needle around while it was still under my skin. She told me, “let me know when it hurts” and when I did, she completely ignored me. Instead of trying again she just kept moving the needle around until she found a vein. It's such an open environment, personal conversations between staff should be held in the lunch room not over the glass partitions. Work places should be enjoyable but when people are waiting it's not a good look.
Terrible experience! Arrived with my child at 11:50 a.m., before closing, after driving a long way. Eight staff members just stood and stared — no one helped. Taking a child’s test takes 5 minutes, but they refused to do anything. I even took a photo while writing this review. Cold, rude, and unprofessional. Never coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone!
