March 11, 2026 is a terrible experience I rushed to Dynacare and arrived at around 5:37 PM because I knew the clinic closes at 6:00 PM. When I entered the door, I suddenly remembered that I needed my health card. I felt nervous because I thought I might have forgotten it, but thankfully it was in my small wallet. Good experience except for one time
I did a self pay test and was troubled when finding out my doctor didn’t fill out the requisition correctly. The lab tech assured me when taking my blood that the paperwork could be fixed the following business day (in this case a Tuesday after a long weekend). My doctor’s office continued to fax to the wrong location, then fax the wrong req (again), and made a big mess of the entire situation.
