I was at this location and noticed multiple urine samples left unattended in the bathroom. is there not patient names or information on there…? I called twice to report the concern and was disconnected both times. When i brought it up to a worker she had told me “that’s okay”. This is a serious privacy and safety issue i hope the clinic addresses since they won’t answer my calls…
I had the pleasure of having my blood drawn by Fifi at your Unicity location. What an amazing person, very pleasant and friendly. Who would think that my day would be made by this charming young lady. Way to go Fifi, hopefully I’ll get you next time. Ten stars!

Booked an appointment, took a day off work, fasted, showed up on time, only to be told that they are not doing collection for the type of requisition I have today due to a holiday. This “holiday” was not listed on their website with the only holidays that are.
