Wait times are attorcsious. They open at 7:30 and they don't start collecting samples till after 8am by the time they're already standing room only and even then they're not fully staffed up. Very poorly managed.
You go in and it says you're wait is 31 minutes and I am still here an hour and 20 minutes later and still waiting, they either need more staff or a better system
Staff was extremely rude
Cannot get a hold of them by phone. I have a question I need to ask before coming in, and the phone rings for 5 minutes and then disconnects. Completely useless.
Chewed out the manager here. If you are unable to complete all the tests because they must be finished before 9AM (even though I did arrive before 9am), tell the person BEFORE they wait 80 minutes, and you can't complete everything due to your lack of staffing planning. Let people decide if they want to come back, or not. Terrible service, terrible company.
