It’s my second time here. Fast & well organized. I didn’t even feel the needle… Very good team!
When proceeding to leave a sample, the first washroom I entered had no papertowel so I ended up having to use the handicapped washroom. Then when I had my sample and opened the door for the pass through specimen box to place mine in there, there were three already in the box. This is not acceptable for multiple reasons, hygiene and privacy being two of many I can think of. When I told a person working there, she said they were very busy and they did not have a technician removing them each time one is placed in there and she... read more
The staff is so polite and friendly. The front desk always opens the door 15mins early so you can come and check in while waiting for the technicians arrive and start at 7.30am. I come in at 8.15am and out at 8.30am. Very happy!
