Belle River lab was extremely busy as always today so I went to this Dynacare location and has a great experience. The lab is brand new, very clean. The staff very friendly and the place was empty. I am definitely coming back to my next exams.
Only come here for blood work, and nothing else. Acquiring their services is literally a gamble. It’s your lucky day if everything goes according to plan. This is the second time that this organization has lost my results. (The other one was in Toronto). There is a rep at this office, and I don't know what the story is. Lack of training, or lack of help (doing everything on her own), maybe something else. I went here for an EKG. The rep was scrambling, and the machine broke. Today I went to Dynacare for a blood test, and I honestly had a great experience. I have a strong phobia of needles and blood, and I usually pass out, so I asked if I could lie down. The staff member who helped me was incredibly kind, reassuring, and understanding. She made sure I was comfortable, explained everything calmly, and was so gentle that I didn’t feel any pain at all. The ability to book an appointment has been removed! I loved that I was able to schedule a time that I can leave work for a minute to have my tests taken. But I can't always leave when my number counts up using net checkin. So disappointed! I'll have to look elsewhere for bloodwork, I hear Life Labs books appointments
I’m sitting here now with no wait time, two people behind the desk and no one is taking me for bloodwork. Going on 10 min. I have another appointment to get to. I came cause there was no wait according to the website.
