Web site to book appt does not work. Hasn’t worked for at least the 2 weeks that I’ve been trying to book. It used to be so easy, but it’s so frustrating now because it simply will not respond and shows error or site is unresponsive. You simply cannot get through on the phone either. It just rings and rings. Very poor setup. Very disappointing!
Very clean. Staff is friendly and organized
A lady was at the Lakeshore location by herself. She had to do the computer work, prepare trays and take the blood. I was first in line with an appointment time - but there were three others by the time I left. Busy enough for at least a second person. I believe this site will get VERY busy with all of the new apartments and housing along Amy Croft!
Went for blood work they were on time. Not the friendliest. The technician was very fast but also very rough. My blood draw site is still painfull and it's been all day. I may try another lab next time.
