Every time I’ve been to this location on Amy Croft Dr., it has been an excellent experience. It is spacious and airy even when the waiting room is full. It is literally the best lab, by far, that I have ever been to. The only disappointment is that they no longer take walk-ins. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I would hate to blame it on the employees that they hate their jobs when it’s clear they are short staffed - 2 people working for a room full of patients, including doing all the testing AND check-in - sounds like a nightmare. That being said, the company’s short failings on hiring the appropriate amount of staff is not the patients fault, and people deserve to be treated with more respect.
