This location deserves its negative reviews. I’ve been to many different Dynacare and LifeLabs locations and every time I come back here, the experience is incredibly slow! It doesn’t seem to matter whether you join the waitlist in advance, they still make you wait. At that point, what’s the purpose of having an online waitlist? Worst medical lab I have ever been to. They told me the wait time is 1 hr and I can go and come back in 1 hr, when I came back the board showed there is still another 1hr wait time. I raised the issue to the staff and they did not provide any reason other than it is because some elderlies may gave been prioritized or ECGs have been taken longer.
