My first review , just so that it can help others around. Absolute , worst place for your blood work. Bayview location I have been using dyna care PLUS from last 5 years. First time went to this location and the nurse had to inject needle to collect blood multiple times First time the process felt PAINFUL It been two hours and its painful You can see the marks and bruises. UNPROFESSIONAL AVOID THIS LOCATION very disappointed

I really like the ability to register online to reduce the wait time at the office. My technician was Indu and she was very patient finding a good vein to draw from. Painless and efficient. Thank you INDU.
I had a seamless experience here with Imelda. I happened to be in the neighbourhood and required a blood test + ECG. I walked in and was seen very quickly. I told her how I am not the best at blood tests and she allowed me the room with a bed. It was one of the few times I didn’t have a bad experience doing a blood test and I know it’s due to the comfort and care that she showed. Whole thing was under 20 minutes. Would go back if I lived in the area!
