I checked in online before going, and there was no line-up when I arrived — the whole process was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. However, the day after my visit, I noticed a large bruise at the spot where my blood was drawn. While I understand some bruising can happen, this one was bigger than usual and quite noticeable. Overall, the service was fast and smooth, but I wish more care had been taken during the blood draw to avoid this outcome.
Providers are aggressive. Will never be coming back here for blood test
It's a very busy place especially in the morning. Checking in online can reduce the wait time significantly.
It’s obviously a busy medical laboratory so I understand why they don’t answer the phone calls. When I arrived there I had to wait about an hour to take my blood test done. But it was fine because they notified me via text when my turn got closer. The staff were really nice and friendly. Thanks to the staff who took my blood! In addition to this, I got my results on Sunday morning that I didn’t expect that I can have it this much fast. I thought it might be done after the weekend since it's a long weekend.
