Over the years whenever I do my blood work this is the only location I most likely visit . From staff to the way each of them handling their patients were unsurpassed and fashionably quite professional with what their doing. Last Monday and this was not just once , everytime I I do my lab work Camilo is one dignified , accomodating and receptive with me. Within a jippy the whole process he made it a lot easier for me . Just wonderful and caring person I know among the staffs.
PREGNANT MOMS do not go here. They take over 48 hours for very simple blood tests (lazy). They do not answer the phone (very lazy). Pregnant moms should not be waiting more than 24 hours for results. We are creating life. We are doing society a huge favour. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by dynacare. Can't believe there's actually a place worse than lifelabs.
Terrible experience and about 2 hours waiting time . The sampling staff like to get themselves busy in other jobs like receptionist(when there is one)or any other kind of the side jobs. That's why their waiting time is horrible.
Horrible!! I made a mistake and registered for this organization's dynacarePlus for $11:29 on June 21, 2026. I have since been asking for refund but the game this organization customer care is playing with me is unprofessional. They keep transferring me to different unit & immediately I mention my refund the phone "conveniently " looses network.
I am a regular patient at this health service center and come here for blood tests every so often. Unfortunately, my veins are not very visible, which can make blood collection challenging. When I happen to be assigned to a new or less experienced nurse, it is often difficult to succeed on the first attempt. These experiences have caused me a great deal of anxiety about blood tests.
