Always professional and friendly. Gary goes above and beyond to support. They’re usually very busy, but still maintain a positive attitude.
It is ALWAYS difficult for the technicians to find my veins at other labs. They usually have to poke me several times in both arms and it’s stressful and painful. RINA was wonderful today! First (gentle) attempt and she was able to collect the blood without any problems! I am very grateful to her and hope this will be passed on to her manager and to her! Thank you so much!
