The ladies were very helpful, especially Golda. they took the extra time to help me as my email was not coming through. And the drawing of blood was quick and gentle I hardly felt anything. Would highly recommend this location.
I had a wonderful experience at Dynacare today. I brought my 19-month-old for a blood test, and I was honestly nervous about how it would go. But Gary/Danil was absolutely amazing — calm, patient, and incredibly skilled. He handled everything so gently and made sure my baby felt as comfortable as possible. I had a very painful and disappointing experience at this center. During my blood draw, the nurse continued the procedure even though I cried out in pain. There was no pause, no attempt to check what went wrong, and no sense of compassion in her approach. I’m used to routine blood tests and have never experienced anything like this before. Gary at Dynacare is an absolute gem. Despite working in a high-stress environment, he remains friendly, upbeat, and genuinely funny.
