Worst Dynacare location I have ever visited. I arrived at 12:18 p.m. and waited for more than 2.5 hours. At 2:05 p.m., I was still waiting. The wait-time display did not match the actual waiting time at all. From what I could see, they were calling about three people at a time, but it appeared that only one person was actually drawing blood, which was creating a very long delay. Yes very eficiente and friendly
I would give zero score if possible. My mother was assaulted at this location by a staff member while raking her blood. She’s still bruised from the staff members negligence and it’s been two week and 2 calls to their head office assuring me the manager of this location would contact the family and still nothing. That is disgustong and so is this organization. Honestly, this has to be the worst branch I’ve ever been to. The wait times were ridiculous, nobody seemed to know what was going on, and the whole place just felt disorganized and unprofessional. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping or explaining anything properly, and I left more confused and frustrated than when I walked in. For a health services centre, I expected way better care and efficiency. I will never be coming back to this branch again I’d honestly recommend trying a different location instead.
The never pick up the phone, it just rings and hangs up after a few minutes. Is there any way I can talk to anyone at the lab directly regarding a MaterniT test?
