I’ve been to this clinic many times and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is lovely and gentle. Highly recommend
Many heads above The rest when it comes to a blood lab clinic. They're highly organized, professional when they interact with me when I come in to get my blood for myself or my kids and they're very fast. Gary, who does blood draws there has hands like silk. You can hardly feel the poke. I will drive 30 minutes from my house and pass three other lab places on the way because it's still going to be a faster, easier process to use these guys than the others.
Got an NIPT done here and the staff are absolutely excellent. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. The location is clean and orderly. The hours aren't great if you work a 9-5, and they have a cut off time to sign in, which can be stressful if you need diagnostic testing done right away. Otherwise, I would come back here.
Wahoo , a lady who was dealing with me , she was so rude , she don’t wanna listen to us , she was talking like a dictator. I was trying to ask her something but she kept shouting me
UPDATED review: For your information, after coming back I did check the requirements on the website for the test's time limitations that she specified, but there were none, which further validated my point that she made up an excuse to send me away. I already submitted an online feedback form with my email on it. However; I won't be returning to your location for tests again. Went to another Dynacare yesterday after 1pm and got the tests done.
