The stuff just rejected me very politely because I arrived at 4:45 pm! Last Friday I arrived at 4:30 pm, she said the system was down and did not accept me.
The lab is working almost exclusively for those doctors' patients who share a waiting room with the lab. I was there for simple blood work. I waited 40 minutes; still nothing. while people 20 minutes after me were served. This lab was nice and relatively fast before. That's when the previous lab person did not discriminate against the clients who are from outside the loop or personal friends. SHAME!
Was there at 3:40pm. 4 people waiting for services. After waiting 10 minutes I asked one of the people if they had seen anyone. They said no reception or lab tech registering clients since their arrival 20 minutes ago. A single voice could be heard behind the closed door on what sounded to be a personal call. Gave up and left. Total lack of professionalism.
They never answer the calls for appointment, Life labs is better at least
