“My experience at this laboratory was very disappointing. The service was slow and unprofessional, and there was no respect for patients’ time. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant and lacking professionalism. The receptionist refused to accept any new patients, claiming that an appointment must be booked in advance, even though this was not mentioned or clearly stated anywhere.
