“My experience at this laboratory was very disappointing. The service was slow and unprofessional, and there was no respect for patients’ time. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant and lacking professionalism. The receptionist refused to accept any new patients, claiming that an appointment must be booked in advance, even though this was not mentioned or clearly stated anywhere. Do not go here and waste your time. The tech will just turn you away
Walk-in for blood test is fast and good service!!! Went there around 9:10 am (Tuesday), gave my requisition & health card. Sit & wait for not even 10 mins then she called me. She’s nice and her hand is gentle, my blood test took only 4 mins. Great experience!!! Efficient service
Says they close at 5, they don’t! They stop doing blood work at 4:30!!!
This 5 stars are for Susan. Susan is friendly and has good technique when she do the blood work. I am the person which usually has to try 2 or more times before gwtting done. Susan get it done at the very first time without painful at all. She's professional.
