I w’ll never come back
Hello, This is site is my best location for blood work, I used to drive from bloor-royal york area to this site, never have any issues. Friendly, niece, amazing, polite and educated nurses. Once was my fault, I supposed to wait for 34 min, I saw it was too long then I crossed the street to albion mall, came back 5 min later. I couldnt blame them bcse my name was placed at the end of the list but it was fast. This is my favorite site up to now. Let my the Mighty God bless this workers and their management. Thx.

Drove 45 mins to come here, arrived at 12:30 and they said they’re not taking any more patients but online it says they close at 1pm. I tried calling in advance but there was no way to get in touch. Tried to check online which also didn’t mention they stop taking patients early
My daughter came for bloodwork two weeks ago and my doctor still hasn’t received it. In the last hour the doctors office called twice with no answer and I attempted another 6 times and no answer. How is the phone not answered in an hour? I want to know where the bloodwork went
