Women at the front desk was annoyed by everyone and short with people who have questions. Same person took my blood and was still rude, impatient and aggressive
Awful experience. Called before going and nobody answered to phone to find out whether they would do the test we required. Upon arrival, no receptionist, so a kind technician took the bag with the physician's paperwork and within it a separate bag with the sample. Finally the receptionist was called to come to the desk and was rude and abrupt, questioning why I had put my husband samples in the same bag, to which I and the technician responded they were on separate bags. After receiving a very bad experience by rude staff at Life Labs across the road at 115 Humber College Blvd. Suite # 630 on two occasions, my mom was no longer wanting to go back to Life Labs🥼🧪. I decided to go across the street to Dynacare laboratory. at 100 Humber College Blvd. Suite # 105 Staff were quick, fast, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. totally different experience my mom went from upset to happy 😊 with tgeir services and finally getting her blood work done in such a fast, timely manner. Good Service at this location. Very efficient.
I had checked in online and when I got to the lab the estimated wait time on the screen showed my name twice with two different times. When I kindly asked the Indian lady at reception to clarify why my name is showing twice and what the correct wait time is, she responded rudely in a high note denying outright that my name was showing twice on the screen.
