After receiving a very bad experience by rude staff at Life Labs across the road at 115 Humber College Blvd. Suite # 630 on two occasions, my mom was no longer wanting to go back to Life Labs🥼🧪. I decided to go across the street to Dynacare laboratory. at 100 Humber College Blvd. Suite # 105 Staff were quick, fast, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. totally different experience my mom went from upset to happy 😊 with tgeir services and finally getting her blood work done in such a fast, timely manner. I had checked in online and when I got to the lab the estimated wait time on the screen showed my name twice with two different times. When I kindly asked the Indian lady at reception to clarify why my name is showing twice and what the correct wait time is, she responded rudely in a high note denying outright that my name was showing twice on the screen. POOR SERVICE at this location and pure language barrier by staff NICOLE and THUY I checked in online 20 minutes early but waited 50 minutes. When I asked to be expedited due to a short office break, they were rude, blamed “system issues,” and went on break at 10:30 a.m. Shockingly, they even told me in writing to put their names on my review ( below picture for reference). Worst experience with the nurse. I did my blood test and they asked me if i want to take online access of my reports and for that i paid their membership fees and then they asked to complete registration on dynacare plus.com. After completion online i got message that you will receive activation email and than u can access on app, till today i have not received any email nor did they answer my call after calling 100 times nor they reply for email so i had to visit the laboratory again and the nurse bluntly said they cant hel... read more
