Worst experience ever with the support centre. I paid annual fees for early access of my test results. However, i am unable to log in, maybe the code that they provided is wrong. I contacted support team several times through emails, didn’t receive any response which shows how professional they are. I want my money refunded back. What is the purpose of having customer support email if you are not responding them?
I went in on Tuesday 31 March 2026. For gestational diabetes test. It was in the morning so it wasn’t busy. They were supposed to take my blood at 1 hour intervals but they were on their phones watching reels. Due to this the timer wasn’t working and only noticed at 1hour 30 . Now my ob has asked me to redo the test . I have to fast again and redo the test because of them being careless. I’m very disappointed in their service.
