Pleasure on time and respectful staff
Keremeos has been an enjoyable, quiet and personal care. The staff have been very informative and very clear with follow ups and instruction.
At the Gordon Drive location in Kelowna. The staff are just picking patients at random. Myself and another gentleman waited for over 40 min and was told it was due to not having an appointment. However I watched 3 other people walk in after me WITHOUT an appointment and got in for blood before me.
