This morning, I went to have blood taken for my family doctor. The woman who took my blood was extremely rough and caused me a lot of pain. She didn’t properly clean my arm with an alcohol wipe. She put the needle directly into the inside of my elbow, and it hurt badly. The way she handled the needle was very rough, and the whole experience was unnecessarily painful. I have never had my blood taken like that before.
First time I came to this lab. Alex was amazing . It was quick an painless. Previous technicians at different labs always have difficulty finding the vein. The place was clean and there was no waiting time when I went in. Lots of parking.
