1) I kept trying to call this number to talk to a staff member and nobody picked up 3x. I’ve called during working hours before 12PM and each time the call was left ringing until I eventually gave up. Does this number even go anywhere or is there nobody available to answer??? I don’t blame the facility if there are limited staff, but not even a receptionist or someone to man the phone? Closed at lunch time last Friday and today, Monday 11am there's a 1 hour wait.
Aseel is the best. Thank you for helping us. My father and I went on Thursday, and she was the one who helped us. Her manner and treatment were good and wonderful.
I came in yesterday and needed to have around 8 vials taken for blood and my doctor Marivic was was amazing she was extremely kind, attentive and professional. The extraction was quick and she quickly assisted me when I felt lightheaded after. The kindness and professionalism she displayed that day will keep me coming back to this location whenever I need to get blood work done etc. thank you Marivic :)
