I had the pleasure of having William Ton or Tan take my blood. He is gentle and professional.
Usually quite fast. Enter through main entrance of the building and Dynacare is on the left side. Check Dynacare app for wait times. Parking is mostly paid in the area, mix of hospital, private and city street parking.
Service was very quick and efficient. The online website was helpful and the staff were quick to answer the phone to answer my questions. Was able to walk in same day. Staff seemed grumpy but were actually incredibly nice and accommodating. From the outside you wouldn’t think it’s a medical laboratory but it’s very legitimate. Use the paid parking around the back of the building. There is also street parking nearby if you’re willing and able to walk a couple of blocks. i do not know how long they have been in this building but there is absolutely NO SIGNAGE. the website still has the OLD address you would think there would be something up in the lobby at least by the elevators to tell people what floor they are on very disappointing
