Been going to this location, since they first opened back in 2016, for the most part they're good, today unfortunately not so much, checked in online, had a wait time of 34 minutes, got to the counter with 10 minutes to spare, and still had to wait another 40 minutes before my blood was taken, for all those who sign up online, beware, after you check in, if you see your name 2 times on the screen, you've been added as a regular walk in, tell them immediately to remove your 2nd position name, To Dynacare, fix your online chec... read more

This lady at the reception was very rude and don't know how to communicate in a professional and friendly way, it was our first time visiting this lab to give our blood test, we gave the form which our family doctor gave and we were asked to just hand over the form so we didn't know we need to fill our phone number and address, she should have just told us politely to fill the information but she was shouting at us that don't you know to fill this and my wife said we are new and this is our first time giving blood test for t... read more

Few weeks ago I was for a blood work and two people were at the front desk and two back offices to take blood samples. I was shocked to see how much talking between them instead of calling the next person. Usually they don’t have the skills to take blood from the veins. This time she used a different technique to take blood using a small needle. Two big concerns at this place is that they need to clean their hands and to clean the bathroom. The bathroom smells and doesn’t have paper towels or toilet.
