The best lab you’ll find. I visited today with my elderly mother who has early stage dementia. She hates needles and can get anxious in new places but Joan and the ENTIRE staff here were incredibly amazing. I watched my Mom smile and laugh through the entire visit. Joan made her feel so comfortable. Thank you to all the wonderful women who were part of our experience today. I appreciate it more than this message could ever say.
Rude staff
Everyone was extremely friendly!!! Thank you Nora for finding my very stubborn veins, that like to play hide and seek. I appreciated all the singing and breathing techniques ♥️
The receptionist was welcoming and the nurse who took my kid's blood was amazing. She knew exactly how to handle a nervous teen. So grateful to her for making it a positive experience!
Patel was lovely and very efficient. Reception staff was friendly and office/clinic is very well organized and clean. Nominal wait time. Thank you!!!
