The staff misplaced/lost my wife's health card during a routinr ECG/blood work. One employee insisted that she either already got her card back or she did not provide during check in since shes in the process of renewal and have the temporary paper work. The employee kept insisting for my wife to check her wallet and pockets. Finally, the pereon that checked her in admitted that she did provide the health card.
