I have been using this clinic for years,I have always had problems with the staff appearing to have limited knowledge on how to take blood in a professional manner.In all honesty most of the nurses have extreme difficulty finding the veins in my arms, 5 out of 6 visits result in huge blood stains under my skin.I had the same just a week ago,I also went the following week to a clinic to my doctor ( 135 kilometres each way )for another blood test that I required, it was done professionally with no problem's and no blood marks ... read more
Had blood work done. Really organized. Lots of smiles. Really thought I’d have a long wait. Not at all.
Service was okay, but online results are behind a paid subscription and, after paying, I still could not gain access. Tried calling, nobody picks up. Called the subscription service help desk number, waited for ONE HOUR and the call dropped. Not coming back here.
Very happy... Staff is very polite n cordial, specially Ms Naaz, knows her job very well. Keep it up.
