Quick service, wait times are not that bad, they have net check in from 8.30am onwards. Staff are very calm.
Went to this location to have my routine bloodwork. The lab technician was unfriendly, had a cold exterior, and would not engage in conversation even though I was talking to her. What left me puzzled is that she asked me the date of my birthday which happened to be the same day of having my blood drawn. She then looked at my health card bearing the same date and didn’t say a word. Maybe I’m strange in thinking she would have noticed it’s my birthday and at least make mention of it. This is the absolute worst dynacare location. It's obvious employees dont wanna be here. From the receptionist to the phlebotomist, all so very rude. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was so rude just throwing equipment on me, sighing, literally stabbed me with the needle and while drawing 8 viles of blood with everyone being inserted it was so incredibly painful. Will never come to this location ever again.
The one woman who works here is unbearable. She’s rude and abrasive and needs to learn some customer service skills. The other staff are great but she is just in an awful mood every time I come here.
The best lab you’ll find. I visited today with my elderly mother who has early stage dementia. She hates needles and can get anxious in new places but Joan and the ENTIRE staff here were incredibly amazing. I watched my Mom smile and laugh through the entire visit. Joan made her feel so comfortable. Thank you to all the wonderful women who were part of our experience today. I appreciate it more than this message could ever say.
