Elaine is 5 stars! Didnt hurt at all and was so kind.
Poor blood draws done to my daughter and myself from the same technician, unfortunately. It caused an extended bruising and swelling to both of us. Very much concerned about technicians not following standards of practice and infection control by failing to sanitize hands and changing gloves. Scary indeed.
Very friendly staff. They are very efficient so minimal wait time.
