This Dynacare monopoly is horrible. They have been ordered back to work, and they are purposely taking it out on the people needing bloodwork. Wait times are through the roof as nobody moves faster than a turtle. And the attitude towards the patients is inexcusable. Yes they are always busy, but things are suddenly 10 times busier? Since being ordered back to work? Why is this the only lab available to consumers? Why do we not have a choice? They need competition!
I waited from 6:30 till the opening hour of Daynacare Pembina to do my blood work , fasting from 7pm last night and at 7:05 came a lady announcing that there are one strike! This was not posted anywhere on their website or facility. Is this the kind of courtesy offered to patients, at least respect us good enough and post a note of your strike.
Service is good, quick and staff is very helpful.
So disappointed with this whole operationno one knows whats going on . Can keep an appointment to save there lives . Would really like to know how who ever runs this crap hasn't been fired
