I showed up at 5.30 pm and was turned away because there was to many people waiting...after rushing to get there and the hours of operation ending at 6 PM why are they closing 30 minutes early.....if your hrs of operation is 6 then you should honor that and stop having people get there just to be turned away this behavior is unacceptable
Amazing service! I get anxious with needles, and I came in really stressed. The person who took my blood was so patient and comforting. She helped me relax, talked me through the process, and made sure I was okay after. Thank you
I’ve been to this location for blood appointments multiple times without issue. I had to come back this morning to do a glucose test followed by a blood test due to my appointment being scheduled too late yesterday to finish in time. The ladies I both days were friendly and helpful. While I was in the washroom, one of the male staff yelled my name twice.
