I always go to Dynacare for blood test, etc. My last experience was traumatic. I had a bad feeling something will not go smooth as soon as lab tech put the tourniquet on my arm weirdly tangled. The way tech positioned the needle looked more straight, as if getting a shot, than angled (as in prior) as I thought should be. I came in said I had an appointment and they put me in the walk in category totally unprofessional listen to the clients people
We paid and had to return 3 times to draw samples for a test and each time it was deemed unusable due to collection errors. We ultimately had to get the samples drawn at a different service provider but Dynacare declined the refund request even though they failed to deliver the services we paid for.
No one picks phone
Good service but the worst front desk service. The lady got really impatient and started to be responding in a bossy tone when i was unable to process her question and asked again.
