Open till 12 on Saturday but u r turning people away at 11. Either close the doors at 11 or let people come in till 12 and then close the doors. I assume u r getting paid for the time u r there and u r expected to stay past 12 pm to get everyone done. Have clear instructions for people. Some drove a long way to get turned back. Thank you for your service always.
These people are so damm lazy I came hour before closing n they refused me cause they in an rush to go home
The workflow here is really baffling! A week after my blood test, I went to the hospital, and they told me they hadn’t received the report. I went back to the lab, and the staff there told me it had already been sent to the doctor. Another week later, I went to the hospital again, and they still said they hadn’t received it. In the end, it was only after the hospital staff called the lab that the report was finally sent. Truly bewildering!
Friendly staff and very good at drawing blood
Terrible in terms of sending reports back to the doctor. It’s been a around 2 weeks since I got my blood works done and there’s no update on when my reports will be ready. It’s a regular blood work will i was promised wouldn’t take more than 3 days to get the reports back.I have been calling at this location different times of the day, probably 10 times during the working hours yet there’s no response.
