The bathrooms could've been cleaner so that's why I put 3 stars, but Yit was very pleasant and explained things very clearly. She made my experience more comfortable
Very bad service and stuff. I paid for the results to see it on the app and never received it. I called them for three days morning and afternoon and never pick up the phone. Never will come back nor recommend them
All of the ladies at the clinic were joyful, communicative and helpful! Wait times are at a minimum and there is lots of parking.
This time SUMAYA was the person who collects blood samples, and I would like to give her 5 stars because I had no pain while she was collecting blood samples, and by not using the tiny needle, I was expressed when she told me that she started this job six months ago
Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I checked in online to save time, yet I still had to wait longer than expected. When my name was finally called, another person ran to my spot and was taken instead of me. The staff didn’t realize the mistake until I spoke up, and even then it felt like they tried to cover it up rather than properly acknowledge the error.
