We took our 3 year old for his first time getting blood drawn. It was a massively terrible experience that straight-up traumatized my kid. It just kept getting worse and worse. We are furious.
I have lupus and am currently in a flair. I need my blood drawn today to see how my DR can help me. Wait times are horrible. Hire more people. There is no reason on God's green earth that sick ppl should have to wait forever to have blood drawn. Honestly for a site this busy u need to fill all chairs with phlebotomists and have a secretary for inputting. Cheap owners. Save money at all costs. Do better. Discusting.
Wait is ridiculous and blood draws seem to take forever. Definitely not enough staff!!!
