Oct 21,2025 My name is Barbara MacDonald. I arrived about 7:10 in morning for blood work. Quite a few people ahead of me. All the employees were very nice. My daughter Michelle Was with me. A bit of a wait but employees were all working as best they possibly could.Thank them for us. Barbara and Michelle MacDonald
Today around 1:20 pm I arrived in this Lab . After registration 1 nurse in the front desk friendly told me I can sit down to wait or leave to do anything until 2pm then come back. Then I came back 10 minutes before 2pm , but still need to wait . I watched the waiting screen , I was the last second on the waiting list . Finally it's my turn , the screen shows there was a lady had to wait 11 minutes behind me. The website should be updated, I rushed to get here at 3:30 and was told they were closed. Funny because it says 5 on the site
Unbelievably long wait times even when checked in online, time keeps increasing!
