Terrible service. Lady made me wait 45 mins to tell me I have to pay extra for some tests instead of telling me when I came in. Slow as can possibly be and very small tight waiting room with no fans or any moving air
I went to do the blood works this morning and Liza was the technician helping me. I requested Liza to try finding my blood vessel on my left arm coz I still had a bruise on my right arm causing by the blood worked last Saturday. She found it right-away and did a perfect shot. I told her that the bruise I had on my right arm was due to the blood works I did last Saturday in the same lab, I felt painful at that time as well. What a different experience! Thanks Liza for the excellent work and friendliness!
came today for 2 hour 75g sugar test as part of pregnancy. 1 hr after taking the sugar, while waiting in the waiting area, I felt dizzy and almost fainted. A female technician spotted me, immediately knowing something going wrong and helped me right away. A few female technicians kept checking with me if I’m ok throughout the rest of the process. Thank you so much for all of your help!
I came in for a blood test and unfortunately I didn’t feel well afterwards but the staff were extremely kind, gentle, and attentive. They immediately made sure I was okay and stayed with me until I felt better. Roya was especially amazing, so caring, patient, and professional. Her kindness really stood out and made me feel calm and supported. I truly appreciate the whole team for their compassion and excellent care. Thank you!
