0 stars. Rude Staff. They dont care if you are old person. They are just 100% rude. I know healthcare is tiring but please be nice to people. Not everyone knows what to do. I will email dynacare about this too.
Unbelievable. Worst reception staff. They're so busy discussing receipes and their weekends they ignore customers (yes, we are customers). Basically ignored me until they finished their conversation??? Lab technician however was excellent.
