My son and I had a wonderful experience during our blood tests. Nurse Aya was extremely kind, professional, and caring. She made both of us feel comfortable and at ease. Her gentle approach and friendly attitude truly made a difference. Thank you, Aya, for your excellent care!
I have been here many times the past few months. One pee test no wait, one blood test about 2hrs and I did my two glucose tests It's the orange drink (one at least 1hr the other two hours). Every time I come prepared with a book, my switch, a magazine or my phone charged. There are plenty of chairs. They allow you to wait there or text and leave. I always wait in person. 每三个月会去一次的血糖抽血化验，护士态度非常好，针扎的也又快又准，有两个护士技术非常过硬，扎针取血一点都不疼，非常棒👍🏻。唯一就是等待时间基本在两小时以上，希望提高等待时间。
They never answer their phone so you have to go in to ask a question. My Doctor will have to order new tests and wait for results. I don't know the status of my prescheduled blood work.
