I had a great experience at this location. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She answered all of my questions, and the whole process was quick and easy. I only waited about 10–15 minutes before my blood test was done. The price was also much more reasonable than another lab I visited earlier. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful, so I'm really glad I came here instead.
Submitted a urine sample for microbiology and they never sent it for testing. Couldn’t get a hold of them and had to call dynacare head office to find out what’s going on - never submitted.
