Asil was unnecessarily rude and impatient with myself and other customers. She was volatile and does not know how to empathetically speak with customers. I’ve reported this to Dynacare. She told me I was difficult for wanting to stand during my blood draw, even though 5 minutes before she told me that I needed to stay standing for 30 minutes for another test, which resulted in two different blood draws needing to be done instead of one.

I had a very negative experience with this clinic. I went there for blood tests, but the results were not ready on time, which caused serious inconvenience. On top of that, there was a spelling error in my name on the report, which is completely unprofessional. The communication was also poor. I do not recommend this clinic if you value accuracy, responsibility, and timely service.

This location rarely opens on time when there's a lineup waiting outside. One lab tech working and within 5 minutes of opening the wait time is up to 45 minutes. They need to get more staff and people who work with a sense of urgency to help people in a more efficient manner.
