Trying to contact the lab via phone for info is terrible. The phones are never answered and a endless tape runs on a loop. One has to drive to the location to simply ask a question is ridiculous
Quite busy in the mornings but service is rather seamless. Staff are extremely polite and do their best to move queue along as quickly as they can.
It's 7:41. The lab is apparently on extended hours for New Year's Eve and open at 7. Seven. It's 7:42 now.
