Signed in on-line, appointment went from 30 minute wait to 16 minutes back to 48 minutes??? System makes no sense. Terrible customer service
Generally speaking, I would have given Dynacare Boler Rd location a 5 star rating. They have always been kind and professional towards me. Yesterday, June 24, 2025 I had a positively horrible experience. Check in was great but the technician who did the blood draw was very rude and did the worst blooddraw in my life. Before attending to me she had been engaged in verbal sparring at the front desk with another patient who didn't want to pay for a non-OHIP covered blood test. I called literally 8 times in a row on 2 different lines (cell and work phones) and it rang and rang and rang and then eventually hung up on. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. You'd think after you hang up on a repeat call 4 or even 5 times in a row maybe I should answer this but no. Literally 8 times hung up on. No wonder I always went to Life labs but thought I'd try coming here since it's a bit closer - what joke this place is - if you hang up on me 8 times, what kind of service is being provided in person and how are the collections ... read more
Literally LOST a stool sample for my son after it was dropped off in the location they outlined within the clinic - so we had to wait additional weeks for diagnosis and information on a medical issue. Will not ever use them again.
Oh wow....such EXCELLENT AND COMPASSIONATE SERVICE. Tried calling and someone actually picked up phone and slammed it to disconnect it. Went in person....2 buses. My preop blood test was sent to them. They couldn't find it. Called hospital who resent it. Still couldn't find it. Went to hospital and picked up form. Spent entire day dealing w this... Went to LifeLsbs w form and was done in minutes You should be ashamed of yourself.You are not partnering anyone in any kind of healthcare.
