Excellent place to go for blood work or ecg, great staff make the wait times not feel so long. Also you can get in line-on line and reserve you spot and you get messages to your phone letting you know when its close, this way if the wait will be a while you can wait at home or do some shopping and just show up 10 mins to your turn. If you need more time you can also request that up to 30 mins. Parking can be tough especially on a Monday morning but eventually a spot always opens up. I had a very disappointing experience at Dynacare. The staff member I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and showed a poor attitude from the beginning. Instead of providing clear guidance and answering my questions politely, she made me feel unwelcome and as though I was bothering her. I went there to collect my sister's reports on her behalf, and instead of being guided through the process, I was met with a rude attitude from the staff member. Rather than politely explaining what was required or how I could obtain the reports, she was dismissive and unhelpful.
