They don’t care about people time. Unprofessional behaviour and long waiting time even after booking are very disappointing.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Dynacare. I brought my son for a blood test, and after being told the wait would be 65 minutes, they extended it by another hour. Staff were arguing with each other instead of helping patients. It’s clear they don’t value people’s time or provide proper management.
Incredibly slow and understaffed, just go somewhere else if you don't have 2+ hours to wait.
Nobody picks the call here. Very disappointed
