No issues with the place itself or staffing. It's dynacare that it is extremely slow in providing results. It was the most stupidest mistake to choose dynacare over life labs for just 2 vials results which took over 24 hours. I wish some laws can be around the time of providing results and tightening the leverage in providing the results as it can directly impact care time and mental health of patients waiting for the results.
The worst lab ever, with the worst staff!! I've had many bad experiences with this location, one of them i was pregnant, fasting for the sugar blood test, they poked my arms 4 times just to get my blood sample! And i waited for an hour to get the other blood sample, just for the girl to come to me and say oops didn't we give you the sugary drink!!!! And i was like no you didn't, and they retook ANOTHER blood sample, and gave me the drink, and took more blood after an hour, and after another hour, all that while i'm fasting, ... read more
I was here yesterday and had a rather alarming experience.. I forewarned the technician that I do not to well with bloodwork and that she would need to use a butterfly needle (I've learned this from experience). Fine. She poked, jabbed, and left me with bruises. Also fine. Now, for the scary part.. after collected two vials of blood from me, she determined there was not enough in one of the vials, and proceeded to take the caps off and pour blood from one vial into the other.
