I was charged for a test that wasn’t even ordered by my physician. So i had the wrong test unnecessarily completed. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for days. No one answers the phone. Long wait times even with an appointment.
I signed in online and then drove to the lab. My wait time was down to 5 minutes by the time I got to the front of the line at check-in. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick service. I didn't feel a thing when my blood was taken. The ECG followed immediately. It was quick and painless. Will be my go to spot. Less than 10 minutes away from my house.
Planning to come in on Monday after a year. Both times didn’t feel much but did almost faint the first time. It’s non fasting which is good but any advice?
Great experience we had 15 customers ahead of us staff is really quick we were out in 20 mins
We went there to get the blood work done. We barely waited for 20 minutes and we got our turn. Both my fiancee and I were out at the same time. The process was smooth and staff is very efficient.
