Firstly I would like to say I have been getting my blood taken from here for a very long time, I don't normally have any issues with the lab techs they have been wonderful and gentle. Biggest issue that I have is this morning a whole family came in that were all visibly sick and coughing up a storm, they walked in and out of the lab and around, stood in line and coughed all over everyone the whole time, no mask and no one that works at the lab said anything. Dynacare DO NOT care if your requisition faxed by your dr came out blank or if something wrong with it. I tried phoning them a few days before I come and NOBODY answers the phone. I went there today and she told me that they can’t give me a urine test as the faxed did not come out clear. Why would they not phone the dr as it was clearly addressed to Dynacare ?!
