Fast and Easy. Very friendly staff
I had a very unpleasant experience with a tech named RICKY. She inserted the needle with such force it felt like the entire needle was pushed into my arm, causing me horrible pain. Worse, she showed no empathy and became defensive when I expressed discomfort. Patient care requires both skill and compassion,unfortunately, both were lacking in this interaction.Please consider providing additional training & guidance on bedside manner and patient interaction. Absolutely terrible service. I arrived there 10 minutes before my appointment time which I had pre-booked and was not seen for another 20 minutes after that and that was only because I went up to the counter to ask them why I hadn't been seen yet since my appointment was 20 minutes earlier. The person at the desk then proceeded to rifle through the paperwork and couldn't find my paper. She then eventually found it buried at the back. She did not offer an apology which would have helped.
