Diana was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She explained everything clearly, was gentle during the procedure, and made the experience quick and stress-free. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. The customer service was extremely poor. The representative was very rude, spoke in a disrespectful manner, and was not helpful at all. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed to ensure better service in the future.(Iryna and Diana)so rudeeee
Visited Dynacare on King Street Mississauga on Thursday afternoon. Less than a 5 minute wait, they were very kind and quick! Iryna was very sweet and took time to explain things to me. If I ever need to get a blood test again this is definitely the place I would recommend! Free parking as well!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diana at the Dynacare on King Street. Taking a 3-year-old to get blood drawn is usually a stressful experience, but Diana makes it absolutely seamless. She is incredibly patient, kind, gentle, and brings so much fun energy to the room. She went above and beyond to make my daughter feel completely comfortable, even gifting her beautiful stickers and a pen in her favorite color!
