Iryna was fantastic, I have very weak veins and she spotted in the first try. She was super welcoming and I waited the expected time. Loved her and love how it’s organized. I will definitely be back!
Called on a Tuesday morning a few times and the phone just rang out until it eventually disconnected. This is unacceptable. Hire more front desk staff if your current employees are unable to answer calls.
I’ve had blood work done many times in the past and never experienced bruising like this. At this location, the person drawing my blood seemed rushed and disengaged, as if they just wanted to finish and move on to the next patient. Within 48 hours, I developed significant bruising. This experience was disappointing and felt below the standard I’ve had elsewhere.
Ladies are nice but they practice favourites. The waiting time for me to be served is an hour & 30 minutes. But when they have their acquaintances they served them first rather than letting them wait just like all of us. They don’t put them in the queue but they let them in first. Sneaky. .
