I had the pleasure of experiencing great service from Fritchie and Iryna today. Both ladies are courteous and professional. From the initial point of contact to the final interaction, every detail was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. I will be going to the 71 King St location every time I need BW done.

I had a very disappointing experience at Dynacare. First, they lost my blood sample for a glucose test, which forced me to return and redo the entire process. When I arrived at 3:05 PM, I was met with poor customer service. Gary, in particular, was dismissive and lacked basic communication and interpersonal skills. He insisted the test required a full hour and refused to proceed, even though the clinic is open until 4:00 PM. Every time is good except today I had to wait 40 minutes and I walk up to the receptionist like how much more time before I go in she said more 45 minutes today was a sad day,they were just lazying about I had to leave because I had other things to do!!!
