Incredibly unfortunate that the “Dynacare App” is no longer available in Ontario. Also a real travesty that the dedicated health professionals are asked to be responsible for everything from reception, registrations, payments, as well as IT support for an online system that is not as well supported as the old “App” was…. and that’s all before they are asked to be a professional healthcare provider. Every time I come here, I wait more than 1 hr 30 minutes. Service in the morning is so slow, they should open at 6 so people can get to work on time. Of course, you’ll answer me you care but I know you don’t! !!

I submitted my wife’s health card to the staff, and we were instructed to wait for a text notification, which they estimated would take about two hours. After waiting 24 hours without receiving any communication, I returned to the facility. Upon arrival, I discovered that her paperwork had been set aside. Given the circumstances, I strongly believe she was ignored because she wears a headscarf. The staff then asked us to wait an additional hour and a half for another text confirmation.
