Been there a few times to do blood testing and have had accurate results everytime. Being able to make appointments online is helpful to avoid long waits.

I wish I could give 0 stars they did my blood test in june and still have not sent the results.They don't answer my emails.I've called them over 20 times they don't answer the phone.They leave me on hold for about 20 minutes.Then just end the call this is ridiculous. I just want My results! Its Impossible to get ahold of a real person

My experience there last night was awful. I was treated very poorly and with disrespect. When I got there last night, I told the tech a few times that my anxiety is through the roof, nervous, that it will take me a while to fall asleep cause it is not my bed, cause of how high my anxiety and nerves were and cause of how uncomfortable I am being here. The women working today were amazing. There was a triggering person making me incredibly uncomfortable and they were understanding and very sweet about it. Making sure I felt comfortable and safe and let me take my time in the room to calm down before my ukg test. Also, I've had nursed in the past c'aim my vains are tricky but they found my vain instantly for my blood test.
