I've been to this location a few times. I've always waited well over and hour, and the service has always been mediocre. There has definitely been some good employees there, but the good ones seem to move on to somewhere else. The location itself is small and dingy and the staff that has been there for a while seem to be at their wits end. In any case, I needed blood work done yesterday (Monday, August 10th 2026). Getting your labs done at Dynacare in Hawkesbury at opening time in the morning is an exceptional experience, both happy and sad at the same time! First you are saddened and shocked at the sight of the long cue of people waiting there, even before the opening time. Those people are fasting patients who need to get their labs done so they can go about their day, many off to work and many just old people who are trying to keep their health on track. Had to fast went at 7:30 am, waited about 10 minutes. Really friendly and pleasant front desk staff. Was a little worried with all the bad reviews. Had a great experience. Ladies at the desk on morning of June 25th were great.
Incredibly unfortunate that the “Dynacare App” is no longer available in Ontario. Also a real travesty that the dedicated health professionals are asked to be responsible for everything from reception, registrations, payments, as well as IT support for an online system that is not as well supported as the old “App” was…. and that’s all before they are asked to be a professional healthcare provider.
