Got my blood work taken by Sarah in less than 3 minutes! I didn’t even feel the needle 💕
Will not recommend here. Came for blood test, results were send to the doctor and realized by the doctor some test results were missing. Came to this lab and asked about that and the lady at front desk told it’s the mistake done by the Dynacare main lab. Contacted the main lab and I got the information that this laboratory didn’t done test properly. I came back here and ask them and they were saying the test can be done again.
Staff was great.
Huge line up. Every day, every time. Becuse there is ONLY 1 person register. And there are 10 nurses, so getting you set up takes 30- 45 minutes to register. Once you register it takes 10-15 minutes to do your blood test etc. They need to work on the speed of front desk becuse it is not getting less, it is getting worse. Hamilton mountain population as well seinor age is increasing. Dynacare must improve, or it be getting back lashes for slow service. However, the staffs are nice and accommodating. Management must improve.
