Super smooth blood and urine collection today. Specifically leaving a review as I usually have a hard time with blood collection and my tech, Shiny, was extremely capable, efficient and lovely to deal with. She turned a normally non-pleasant experience into a really good one. It improved my impression of the lab and brand as a whole.
