This lab is always wonderful when I need to go in. All of the staff there are very friendly and quite knowledgeable. I regularly need to go in for bloodwork, so I am there every couple of months. They are quick to get through the people they need to see, even when they have a full waiting room like today. Today I had another appointment and checked in before it. The wait time was almost an hour, so I had to leave for my other appointment after about 30 minutes, and I let them know at the front desk. They were great about it ... read more
Tried calling them multiple times as I have questions and no one answers. It just rings and rings and rings. They don’t even have anything that says anything about they’ll be right with you or anything about the wait times etc. like other clinics offices etc. does. Very unprofessional.
Go early at 6:45 Door opens at 7:00 am You will be finished in 20-30 min The nurses are good and welcoming and compassionate Thank you
Great experience yesterday Nurses greet everyone with smile and say GOOD-MORNING ( which many places don’t do that anymore) Kieran was very welcoming and gentle Actually everyone is nice and friendly The service is v organized You have to go at 6:30 am if you want to finish quickly Outside Doors r open at 6:45, the lab doors open at 6:55 am u go inside give them ur requisition paper health card and within 15-20 minutes u r done What else you want , I gave you all details. Plz don’t complain Life is short Take it easy
You can check in online before you leave the house. I wouldn't go there after 3.30 pm early in the week. They close at 5, not last patient at 5.
