Absolutely unacceptable service and very poor management. DynaCare advertises that this location is open until 12:00 PM on Saturday, yet they stopped accepting customers around 11:40 AM. Many working families only have weekends available for bloodwork. I was there to get bloodwork done for my daughter, and being turned away before the posted closing time was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Checking in on-line is the way to go. They are always busy, but get thru the queue quickly. They are very good at blood collection, very minimal bruising or ouching from the needle.
Isabel was amazing during my blood test. She was very kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She was professional and made everything quick and easy. I really appreciated how reassuring she was and would definitely recommend her!
