I reached at 3:38 pm on Monday July 13, 2026 for my blood work, receptionist refused me saying that you are late, come tomorrow before 3:30. There was only one patient in the laboratory.
I had a very disappointing experience at Dynacare Queenston during my visit for bloodwork today. When I was called in, the staff member asked if I was a Personal Support Worker (PSW). I was surprised because there was nothing about my visit or our conversation that would naturally lead to that question. Came in today and overheard the workers talking about “fat people “ right in front of patients too. Saying “a patient came in very thin and she was unhealthy but a Fat person came in and was healthier, why?” I don’t understand why the size of the patients matters, it should never be discussed. As a fellow “fat person “ it made me very uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back here
