The receptionists were beyond rude, especially Gina. My mother had bloodwork done last week and they never sent the results to her physician, and this ended up with her in the ER without the family doctor having access to the numbers. When asked, it turns out they sent it to the wrong doctor??? This is so untrustworthy and unprofessional. Waste of time. Don’t bother going if you’re taking someone under 2. All these blood work labs are useless and once again a waste of time.
One of the worst receptionist I have ever encountered in health sector.
Always treated with the best of care, fastest place to get your bloodwork done too.
