I get blood work done regularly and as long as the lovely Persian lady is working there I will not go anywhere else! She's a gem! (I'm sorry I didn't get her name)
Went for a blood test and I was left with massive bruising. Stop hiring incompetent people!!!
Very disappointing experience at Dynacare today with my 16-month-old baby. When we arrived, staff first told me I should go to the other location because they don’t have staff who work with babies but let us check. they attempted the blood work about 5 minutes my son was crying alot but were unable to collect the full sample. In the end, they told us we would have to go to the other location to finish the procedure again. My question is why didn’t you just send us there why did you hurt him so much and want me to do it again... read more
