I recently visited this location for routine blood work, and unfortunately, my experience left me quite concerned. The overall process felt rushed from the moment I arrived. The front desk seemed overwhelmed, and despite waiting nearly two hours, the atmosphere remained hurried and impersonal. When it was finally my turn, I was brought into a room and left waiting again before someone came in to draw my blood. I got my bloodwork done today. Sarah Al-shaibani was excellent. Where most technicians struggle to get a vein, she was able to do so in one try and made the experience more pleasant. Thanks Sarah!
The receptionists were beyond rude, especially Gina. My mother had bloodwork done last week and they never sent the results to her physician, and this ended up with her in the ER without the family doctor having access to the numbers. When asked, it turns out they sent it to the wrong doctor??? This is so untrustworthy and unprofessional.
