They never answer the phone when you call
I use dynacare because it is the closest lab to my home but will be going to lifelabs after last experience here. My specialist ordered bloodwork a month ago so today after my follow up I was told they did not receive the results. The doc reviewed my chart again and no, there are no results. I went to the lab asked if they could fax her office as the ordered tests are for medication titration....am I therapeutic do I need more. I am met with resistance at the lab, given a number to call. Over 3 days for glucose test results? Still have yet to receive them! And im pregnant! Lifelabs is so much more quicker with results, as my first test was sent within hours of test being done. Also lifelabs is more responsive and actually answers the phone
