Went there a few years ago for blood tests. When I was in the chair, the technician paused to accept a urine sample bottle from another client coming out of the washroom. She then turned back to put the needle in my arm, without changing her gloves. I asked, "Aren't you going to change your gloves?" She answered, "Oh, the gloves are to protect me, not you." Obviously never went back.
Been here a couple of times now. The online check-in is very helpful and the staff have been great. I do wish it was open longer and more consistently, thus the 4 stars.
Went to Aylmer lab for blood tests on July 23 and my doctor never received results now 3 weeks later. They are now closed, temporarily?
I have been there 5 times now in a year due to a mystery illness and every single time I get quick and kind service. Shoutout to Pamela who is the sweetest ever. She has always been amazing with me. I understand it is frustrating to wait but the service once you get seen is what matters to me and I have never have a bad experience.
