THE WORST! 80 yr old arrives at 3:30 for blood test to be told they are closed. Nobody waiting and they are done for the day despite advertised open hours till 4:00. Great service. Never saw any business not offer to serve a customer 30 minutes prior to closing. It's time this company was shut down in Manitoba as was done to it in Alberta when they had that contract and it was pulled by that Govermnent because of there not meeting the terms of that contract. No sign on building. Wait times are way off compared to app. 15 minutes is actually 45 minutes.
Extremely disappointing customer service. The staff member at admissions with the grey braid was notably discourteous! a reminder that patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism!
