Extremely disappointing customer service. The staff member at admissions with the grey braid was notably discourteous! a reminder that patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism!
I had a disappointing experience at this Dynacare when I went in for a routine blood test for my 2-year-old on June 18,2025 at 10:00 am. An east Indian woman (I don't remember her name now) at the front told me they wouldn't recommend doing the test there and advised me to go to HSC Children’s Hospital instead, claiming that Dynacare would need to draw more blood than the hospital would. Zero signage and incredibly confusing. They also will not answer the phone and cancel your check in before the time to come in. No notice anywhere that they cannot take newborns and they won't answer the phone so you just have to show up, navigate the maze of terrible printed signage, and then have them turn you away. Garbage location with rude front desk staff.
Lab not open until 4, only 3:50! We were delayed by traffic and trains arrived @ 3:53 and apparently at least six minutes just to enter the paperwork so they turned us away! I think she was Ukrainian and she lectured for 3 minutes about time.
