I went to Dynacare Lab in Courtice on Mon Jan 19th-for routine blood work.After my Doctor s appointment went downstairs so no preplanned online appointment waited 15mins before it was my turn.The lady who took my blood was Diane she was pleasant,personable and made getting my blood taken a smooth pleasant experience. I told her, she deserved a 5 star rating for her fast and friendly service!

I arrived at roughly 10 to 4pm. I had driven 1 hour and have had recent surgery. In line behind someone asking questions, someone stuck up a sign saying they close at 4pm. When I got to the front they told me they were closed. I asked what time it was and was told 4. This was not true because after picking up my prescription and getting in my car it was 4:03 I asked kindly if they could "please" see me and had a blunt NO.
