Everywhere so busy. This place told me to go out and comeback in 20 minutes. We will text you when to come back. Once there you can see where you are in the waiting list on the monitor
While waiting for an hour or more several of the staff went into cubicle 2 and had a Long, loud chit chat with a patient they obviously knew while the rest of us listened and waited, You gotta do better.....
I went in, saw there was 20 more people waiting.. I booked an appointment, came in 10 mins early ( that’s what I got told)checked in,I saw my name on the screen #1 and it says holding, I waited patiently (my actual appointment was 1:40pm,)they called people under my name few times and kept on bumping my name,but then I asked the lady why my name is on hold.. she said she can’t find it.. but then she took me in after I asked why?
