I went in, saw there was 20 more people waiting.. I booked an appointment, came in 10 mins early ( that’s what I got told)checked in,I saw my name on the screen #1 and it says holding, I waited patiently (my actual appointment was 1:40pm,)they called people under my name few times and kept on bumping my name,but then I asked the lady why my name is on hold.. she said she can’t find it.. but then she took me in after I asked why? Much more organized compared to the Bowmanville lifelab.
The wait time is not enjoyable, Stacey was the one taking my Blood, she was very polite, nice and efficient. She took this from a 1 star to 4
