The front desk helper should be fired. She completely ignored the queue screen and the people waiting in the lobby. I and my two little kids waited for over an hour and was told to leave in the end. Absolutely unprofessional.
I really had a bad experience with front desk people, they are very rude, they might need some training in treating people.
From previous experience of never responding to calls to worst experience today when we went to get our 1 year old’s blood test. We waited over an hour. My daughter got afraid seeing them. Technician (she) kept on pushing us to remove her jacket did not gave us even a minute to do that even though she was crying and we were pushing her to remove the jacket. Long and inaccurate wait times. Was told 40 mins and waited over 2 hours. Was told I was next but multiple people were called before me. If you book to come into this lab prepare to wait. Would give customer service 0 stars. UPDATE: I am updating my review to give one more reason why you should refrain from booking with this lab. I just got a call saying that my tests need yo be re-done. I paid out of pocket for this and was told that it was a one day turn around. Ridiculous wait times over 2 hours. They cannot Sechdule blood technicians properly. Manager needs to be reviewed.
