I had a great experience at dynacare. Neelam took my blood sample. She is very kind and professional. I didn’t even feel the pain.
This review is mainly for the staff and Anusha in particular, she was great with collecting blood. The company, Dyncare, should invest more in staff so that wait times are not as long. The staff is wonderful, the company could do better! they could so much better!
The staff is professional and efficient. The technician Neelam, who did my blood work is very respectful. She answered all my queries with patience. The whole process was quick, smooth and painless.
