Came for a glucose tolerance test and instead of giving me the test juice right away I had to wait over one hour for it, then the 2 hour wait for the test. At other locations, they give you the drink right away so that you don’t end up waiting an extra wait time. This is especially important to me since I am pregnant and fasting 9+hrs for the test so any reduced wait time is appreciated. Thank you to the staff at the Steinbach lab for always being friendly and positive, even on busy days! They don’t have control over how many people walk in, yet they consistently handle the rush with professionalism and kindness. I always appreciate bringing my parents here for their lab work — it’s such a welcoming team.
Amazing experience bringing an 18 month old in for blood work. They were so caring and gentle. It's almost impossible to find her veins, but they took the time to ensure they were confident they'd land it on the first try and wouldn't have to stick her multiple times.
