Have gone in twice within the last week and everytime there is over an hour wait which will turned into 2-3 hours. They say understaffed but also don’t hurry or do anything fast. Also waited over a week for one blood test to be sent to my dr when they said that they run it in their lab. Tried to go online to book an apt and the earliest one was 2 weeks away. No one answers the phone there either.
Very unorganized and lead you on wait time and rude when asking when it’s your turn. They say make an appointment but you can’t for 2 weeks.
It's busy as hell in here but if you make an appointment, you're in and out. The nurses are nice and try to keep things moving along efficiently.
