Never ever come here for blood work. I came for blood work yesterday and they completely messed it up. Blood came out and I was in so much pain. I had to do blood work in 48 hrs gap and the first one I did it somewhere else and I should have gone there for my blood work but my mistake I came here. Now they are saying they cannot test using the collected blood sample and asking me to get requisition again from doctor to do it again. Never coming back here.
Never answer their phones. I’ve called four times all different days and different times during their open hours and have not been able to reach a single person.
Yes the wait is long but at every Dynacare it is similar times. I have been to this location 4 times now & the staff is polite & are doing their best to work hard & fast to accommodate everyone. Nurse Edna has drawn my blood a few times. She does a flawless job, it's painless & leaves no marks or bruises. She does her best to make the experience pleasant by distracting you with conversation. Appreciate the staffs hard work.
