They refuse to answer phones and will hang up on you rather then answer terrible customer service
I went there yesterday for my blood work, Samina was very kind she did excellent job

Understaffed and staff arrived late to work. Whoever is managing this place is incredibly inconsiderate. They open at 7. Line outside starts just after 6. Nice that the monitor shows i have a 16 minute wait. Unfortunately that was posted 30 minutes ago.
Absolute worst Dynacare lab facility. Do not come here if you can avoid it. There’s a serious backlog, so unprofessional and i think there is only 1 phlebotomist working at this location. I came in at 11, and it’s almost 2 pm and still I have not seen the phlebotomist. This seriously need to get checked! It’s a mismanaged location for sure! I’ve been to other dynacare labs and this takes the WORST of the WORST award!
