I recently visited Dynacare for blood work at the Milton location near kennedy Circle. During my visit, I was assisted by Nurse Samina, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and compassion. Her respectful and reassuring approach made the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. I sincerely appreciate her excellent service and pray that God blesses her and her family.
I had a very good experience with my blood work yesterday. The nurse Samina was very professional when pricking my vein, she was careful and considerate and did an awesome job. Also the wait time was not bad and I was impressed with the neatness, the cleanliness, and the smooth flow of the process.
Had the great experience before but this time they never bother to check the requisition submitted unlined even was there before cutoff time wanted to check appointment availability but was told to come next day before 3:30pm - rather to check and confirm that appointment is possible or not just was told to come next day- worst service

As I sit here, awaiting the completion of my blood work, I find myself in a bewildering situation. There is an absence of personnel at the front desk, while a line of patients extends all the way to the entrance, each of us tethered by our need for care. A staff member had summoned me earlier to address the payment for my Vitamin D test, yet when I indicated my intention to settle it at a later date, she withheld my paperwork, neglecting to return it to the queue of awaiting patients.
