I honestly am so so disappointed in dynacare services and staff. I went for bloodwork at 10:20 am this morning, the lady took my requisition and health card and told me it would take around 2 hours wait time (~12:20pm) and I will receive a text notification to return to site. I said no problem I will return after 2 hours. Around 12:03 pm I get a text that my turn is coming up and to return to site and I show up to the clinic at 12:09 pm. They are well experienced very good rates
Extremely rude customer service. I went in to drop off a sample and my representative was Norlyn. No Hi, nothing. She was rude for no reason and expected me to know what to do. Lady, if you don't like your job, please do not take out your frustrations on us.
Online registration system time estimate is horrible. Told me 20 minutes wait when I got in line. 30 minutes later it says 15 minutes. Please make your timer more accurate.
I went for a blood test today, and I had such a great experience with Samina. She was so kind, humble, and professional throughout the whole process. Honestly, I didn’t even realize when she took my test because she was so skilled and gentle. She made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Thank you, Samina, for your excellent service!
