There are many who are coming with fasting and wait for 2 hours for their turn. Why don’t they hire more people? It is not only the one time event but it is always like this.
I had a wonderful experience at Dynacare Milton location, the whole staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The lady named Samina who took my blood has very gentle hands and I didn't even feel any pain while getting my blood taken. She made me feel really comfortable by asking if I was okay over and over again throughout the procedure. Overall a great experience here.
Wait time is crazy, they need to open another location in milton. It said wait would be 50min, I actually ended up waited 1hr 30min and got out after 2 hrs aprox. Some people left because they had work.
The team at the Milton location is absolutely wonderful. They are always patient and professional, even when faced with challenging situations. Their efficiency and positive attitude truly stand out—they always greet you with a smile. While there can be a wait (as is the case anywhere you go for bloodwork), the staff here make the experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.
I took my mom to get her bloodwork done today and it was a breeze. The space is spotlessly clean, the staff arrived and the doors were open promptly at 7:00am. The young lady performing the check-in and registration was efficient. I spoke with her to register my mom; she was pleasant, kind and had a smile on her face the entire time. I didn’t give 5 stars because I don’t know how the procedure went as I wasn’t the patient. My mom said it was breeze though. I’ll update my review when I get mine done!
