This place is great. Clean, easy to get to, plenty of parking. I love that you can give them your cell number and they text you 10 mins before they need you back. I drop off my paperwork and go home or shopping and then wait for the text. Couldn't be easier.
This place CARES ONLY ABOUT MONEY AND GETTING AS MANY PEOPLE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE! Worst lab ever. Worst experience I ever had and I've had my blood drawn MANY times. If I could give this a 0-star I would. - The times on the board are unreliable. - When I finally got to my turn they asked me how I would pay -- they did not tell me any of the costs when I checked in and they don't take insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. - When I finally sat down the lady handed me a urine container and said "that's for you". One of us doesn't understand how time works, because their estimated wait time of ~1hr turned into 2.5hrs during my visit today. I know that the quoted time is an estimate, but if you're over by 150%, then your estimate is meaningless and you'd make a fortune procuring government contracts. You may as well tell me that my wait time is estimated to be 10 wheels of cheese, as it'd be as meaningful as the erroneous ones given.
Worst lab in the waiting time.
Overall is okay but it was 7 in morning and they are playing songs omg soo much irritating i asked to even lower the volume still she didn’t in morning we dnt want to listen music everyone here is feeling same still that person felt its her home!!!
